5:32 p.m. ET: Nurmi tried to asked Flores about how he said in a TV interview that something provoked Arias. Martinez objected, and now the attorneys are at another sidebar.

Nurmi has just one more question for Flores. He wants to know if he investigated how the shelves would react to weight

The jury is pulling clumps of hair out of their heads while they wait. IMO

The juror question about the pegs makes it souns like they are really paying attention and that it looks like at least one of them (there are several males) knows exactly what those pegs are about!

6:20 p.m. ET: One juror asked: Did Alexander have a gun registered under his name? Flores said no Alexander did not have a gun registered in his name, and there was no evidence anywhere in his house that he owned a gun.

6:17 p.m. ET: One juror asked: What was Arias weight, size and shoe size at the time of her arrest? Flores said he doesn't know her shoe size, but he said Arias is about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighed 110 to 115 pounds.

6:15 p.m. ET: Flores is back on the witness stand. One juror asked: Was anything out of place in Alexander's closet when investigators arrived at the crime scene?

Flores said no nothing looked out of place in the closet.

5:55 p.m. ET: Nurmi is asking if Flores tested how the shelves react to weight. Flores said he did not test the shelves for weight. The attorneys are now reviewing questions for Flores from the jurors at a sidebar.

Another recess!!! I've had shelves like that. They aren't that expensive and work well in closets. You really can't stand on them.

When I get a job as a Judge... I will move trials along much faster than this.

I wonder if the ME will be called to the stand again. It has to do with how much Travis suffered as a mitigating factor for death. I heard something like this on HLN.

Every time you write about this it sends me into gales of laughter!!!

I thought it odd that Flores didn't conduct tests on them. But then again, it would have to be with someone near Jodi's weight.

The problem would be if the shelving were anchored to the wall or just put their free standing. Mine were anchored to the wall because I didn't want it falling on my dogs. They are only 16" deep.

In between chambers meetings, sidebars, and "short" recesses... a lot of what I have sat through is crap anyway.... barely relevant.... and what it might be relevant to.. is yet another fabricated version by Jodi which is clearly nonsense.
Since her version is not established... you could say completely blown away it seems nuts to devote so much time to the details of it?

It all ends next week.... I imagine the jury will be very quick in their deliberations..... GUILTY.

Then I guess we do it all again with a "Mini Trial" in regards Death Penalty?
