WOW - they can get GPS information on WHERE the pictures were taken from the iphone!!!

Sounds like with these witnesses yesterday and today, that Juan is accumulating a HUGE list of Jodi's LIES on the stand for closing statement! Yaaaay!

Sounds like Martinez is setting up the foundation to get his expert on shelves to testify (this is probably the rebuttal witness the defense was arguing about this morning in the closed hearing!) Looks like Matinez won out. He's now establishing that nothing has changed since the murder - to be able to refute what Jodi lied about on the stand! Again,

5:03 p.m. ET: Flores is discussing his inspection of Alexander's closet and house. He said there was no holster or cleaning kit for a gun found anywhere in the house. He also said he inspected the shelves in Alexander's closet. Arias testified earlier that she climb Alexander's closet shelves to get a gun to protect herself when he was attacking her.

5:00 p.m. ET: Brown has completed his testimony. Martinez has called Detective Flores to the stand.

4:58 p.m. ET: Martinez showed photos of Arias taken with her phone on June 3, 2008. It seems like she took the pictures herself, and the photos show her with brown hair.
4:51 p.m. ET: Brown said he recovered photos off of Arias' phone. Martinez was about to show the photos to the jury, but now the attorneys are at a sidebar with the judge.

4:50 p.m. ET: Brown is a detective for the Mesa, Arizona Police Department's forensic computer division.

5:14 p.m. ET: Martinez has finished his questioning of Flores. Defense attorney Nurmi is now questioning Flores.

5:13 p.m. ET: This photo shows how the shelves in Alexander's closet rested on pins.

5:10 p.m. ET: Flores said the top shelf was 7 feet from the floor.

5:07 p.m. ET: The attorneys are at a sidebar with the judge.

5:06 p.m. ET: Flores said each shelf in Alexander used a pen system where the wood shelves would rest unsecured on four pins.
