IMO this is a forensic evidence case where it would have been an effective intervention to have published early the forensic evidence analysis provided by an expert review of all the forensic evidence available concerning all the phones. Also in my opinion the benefit of publishing such a report by a forensic expert is obvious, and could have been done early in the case if it had been a matter accorded sufficient priority for its obvious significance as forensic evidence. If this case had involved my own son then obtaining such a forensic evidence report fully reviewing and disclosing what is the forensics evidence analysis by an expert of the ping logs and GPS data and billing records involving all the phones would have been PRIORITY #1.
It has been a very troubling unanswered question for me for nearly a year WHY such a forensic evidence report by an expert has not been published and shouted from the mountaintops, even if such publication had to be done in absolute defiance and contempt of a court that is obviously corrupt. A redacted version of such an expert’s report could have been published which would infringe no privacy rights in any way that would provide basis for any retaliatory lawsuits nor any basis for contempt actions which would withstand scrutiny, and such contempt would only be a misdemeanor at worst, which on balance would have more value than detriment. From a strategic analysis viewpoint then it is for me quite puzzling WHY the complete analysis of the evidence involving the phones has been a glaring omission, for which there seems to be no plausible explanation.
As for any upcoming trial not being a disappointment, please understand that for many of us it is an incredible disappointment that there should even be a trial, or that there ever was an arrest in the first place, and that such would have come about without the use of a Grand Jury doing a complete investigation, very much to include the forensic evidence analysis by an expert to explain what is shown by forensic evidence associated with the phones. It remains the biggest mystery and seemingly having no explanation WHY that information has not been forthcoming and why it was not immediately forthcoming by BOTH the State and the Defense, as if somehow this obviously KEY FORENSIC EVIDENCE should be a lesser matter of concern than the opposing political and propaganda narratives which should be eclipsed in significance by such a forensic evidence report by an expert.
RZ Jr., RZ Sr., or Gladys, or George, What do you have to say in reply? The silence about the phone forensics has been deafening and the issue is NOT going away.
