I saw that Jodi's Twitter friend said "Jodi was just pushing up her glasses, NOT giving the finger
to anyone." I know Jodi is whacked - but didn't know she wore her glasses - ON HER CHIN.

Seems this rag-tag team has their cases mixed up. It was Mr. Morgan, while examining George Anthony, WHO was pushing HIS glasses up with his third finger and THEY were on his face/eyes.

Her condition I am sure is best described as "Battered Witness Syndrome"

Anyone see this trial from the beginning. They were going to show the case from the beginning today on HLN. I hope they do that tomorrow. I understand a lot of people didn't see the state's case in chief. I didn't.

Does anyone know if Jodi was invited to Travis's home the day she murdered him or just showed up unannounced?

I am not sure if Jodi, the controller didn't say "I am coming thru the area on a long road trip - and I can stop there."

Was the REAL purpose of her long road trip a good ol' ONE MORE TRY game, to get him to take her to Cancun? He had Jodi's name down, then removed it, and put down Mimi's name. Jodi must have been furious!! If "Plan A" didn't work out ... well then "Plan B - BUTCHERING" it turned out to be ... I guess...

The day she murdered Travis, no one knows to this day if Travis knew she was coming or not. I know that throughout her police interrogation, she was asked many, many times by 2 detectives and every single time, she would lapse into silence and not answer that question.

Also, I finally remembered the deal with Ms. Wong, the Nancy Grace show producer that the judge ordered to be in court on Monday at 11am. It was about the picture taking incident with Juan Martinez that the defense tried to ask for a mistrial over.

I came late into the trial, but was able to catch up nicely over a weekend with all the youtubes available.

I was remembering Jodi's "story" I guess. She said she came in very late and he had waited up for her at his computer in his office. Both were very tired and went to sleep.
Truth be told, she probably sneaked in thru his doggie door and raped him in bed!!!
**WHY** do I forget every time her MOUTH is moving she's LYING?? I bought into this ... OMG.

I also bought into her story about how they met. This guy was walking in her direction at a convention... he seemed to have a purpose, and she moved back (genteel lady that she is - ) to let him pass. He stopped right in front of her and introduced himself.
I bought into that one too - UNTIL his friend said on TV that he introduced them at one of their Conventions.

She and Casey Anthony sure do live in their heads - me, myself, and I.

Honestly I am starting to feel like and sometimes in this case. No wonder Alyce put herself in the hospital.

She could/should when he is correct! That is surely showing the jury that something sinister is going on with her.

Go Juan! Show her for WHAT she is!! Get the TRUTH out of her, difficult as it is, however you have to do it! It's ALL for TRAVIS! (She's not quite a dead horse ... yet.)

R - It is fairly early on in "that" game. I hope she doesn't later - when the poor thing "recovers". Holding my breath! It's not easy being a liar - under CROSS by a deft expert!!
Jodi had an easier time maybe. More expert ... and much more experience I think.

The guesstimate for when this trial would end has past. GLAD the Judge is having court
on Fridays now. I think...
Now I have to everything OUT on the week-ends!

that she called Travis and told him she was coming to Mesa.
Remember that silly explanation she gave:
"I'm like hey, I'm coming to Mesa. He's like.... Really? I'm like yeah."

Now that you mention it, I do remember her saying something about her phone call to Travis. It had to be in the latter tapes of the interrogation when she finally started admitting she was there. But I'm sure it was yet another lie and probably why I completely discounted it.
