One of the things that really angers me about her is that instead of acting like an "unbiased professional," she goes into "protective mode" of the defendant, a killer. Specifically, yesterday, when she was giving Martinez a hard time (no yes or no answer) about Jodi watching Travis and the girlfriend through the glass. WHY would LaViolette feel the need to QUALIFY how Jodi ended up in the backyard, how "soon" she left, etc??

Her job in court is NOT to protect her, like perhaps it would be if she were her patient in her private setting. She is completely confusing the 2 situations and is not doing her client any favors.

I have escaped... but my wife has done jury duty 3 times... it is a chore.
