Maybe the judge keeps telling the defense at side bar to get their witness under control and how to testify in a criminal case. The defense can't, so the judge is now doing it. Maybe the judge didn't want to have to do it in front of the jury. The defense looks worried.

1:54 p.m. ET: Martinez said Arias went over to Alexander's house the day after witnessing Alexander kissing another woman. He asked LaViolette if she thinks that is an example of stalking. LaViolette she said did not believe it was stalking, because of the other materials she has seen in the case.

1:45 p.m. ET: Martinez asked LaViolette if Martinez was a bad guy, because he was talking with different women in 2007. LaViolette said she doesn't she the world in black and white, but he was flirting with other women.

“Isn’t that how you’re portraying him in this case -- that he’s a bad guy because he’s talking to all these other woman?” asked Martinez.

Martinez said it was an example of stalking behavior, and it shows the journals are not trutful. LaViolette said it means the journal entry are incomplete.


"Isn’t that an indication of stalking behavior to go over to an ex-boyfriend’s house and look inside the window while he’s in an intimate moment with another woman? Yes or no?” asked Martinez.

I still can't get over Martinez asking her if she knew about how Jodi saw Travis with another woman "through a glass" and she has to throw in how Jodi first got there, garage was closed, the alarm, etc., etc..... the judge tells her to answer yes or no and then she goes on to add things that happened AFTER Jodi saw them!!

She knows exactly what she's doing and she's quite the expert on creating some pretty clever ways to get out of answering a question!
