Do I have this right...the defense isn't allowed to have the address of DD (not sure about SF/TM and other Miami witnesses). The state is saying they provided the transportation, like the reason was out of the kindness of their hearts, when it was more likely to conceal the addresses of the witnesses.

- State can't read.

- DD is a "fragile witness" because she certainly ain't "under 16 years of age" for not allowing to be videotaped

- DD too scared and didn't want to be videotaped

Proper casting is vital for the success of any film.

IF you muck up quote boxes etc in your post... no big deal.... you have AN HOUR to edit any post... so you can fix it.

I have to waste a lot of time figuring out what it is you wanted to quote.. and then fix the post.

Much easier for me to just hit the delete button

When a url address is the very first thing in a post.. it comes up against edge of quote box when that post is quoted.... it does not work as a link. You need to add a space between [quote] and the url address.

Is fragile witness the same as sensitive witness because if it is then it says it should be video taped unless otherwise ordered by the court. She would also be considered a category A witness.

I am having to fix nearly every post?

So is my understanding that he is arguing that while videography was sufficiently noticed on both the draft and final depo notices, that because they (the State) failed to read them (because they assumed there would not be, because of the other depos not being taped) that therefore, they are not responsible for their own error, whose costs could have been prevented had they filed a timely objection based on the notice (and the entire reason why a notice is required to give the other party the "heads up"?)

Plus, wouldn't this be an objection that typically the Witnesses Attorney, assuming they had one, would file? You would think that they would want the state's bombshell witness on tape to show how rock solid their case is. It is almost like BDLR is her personal attorney as well.

Bombshell @ page 21 of the DCA petition to depose Crump:
