The article doesn't say if any "youth" attended this youth summit. I doubt the "youth" that will cause the trouble want to hear anything about evidence, facts, etc. (or how they were used for someone else's agenda...I don't expect that possibility was discussed, especially with SF present).

No wonder the scheme team was saying TM's account was hacked. Is there a way to prove when these posts were made or if indeed the account was hacked after 2/26/12?

Not quite sure how you "hack" the dates on Facebooks posts to make them look as if they occurred in the past. I think that is just the cover story. Facebook could even tell you the IP address of each of the posts and the IP address of the user logged in. Anyone ever heard of someone being able to, even with someone else's login to make a post appear as if it was from an earlier date? I think that whole story was covered to explain away the obvious. I mean, how many pictures do you have on your Facebook account holding wads of cash? All of that is easily verifiable with the Facebook subpoena. Plus there are also the "comments" from his "friends" which are also verifiable. It would have to be a pretty large and extensive hack, the likes of which I am pretty sure Facebook would be taken to task for.

What I noticed after a quick read:

Defense didn't verbally tell state about videotaping and state failed to observe it in written notices to state.

State arrange transport of some witnesses at no expense to defense...so big of them

Defense cancelled some depos, two as late as the afternoon before depo...boo hoo

Defense didn't video tape other witnesses, so state felt this was done to intimidate witnesses...unlike SF sitting in on DD's depo intimated DD.

One for the defense...Nelson denied state's objection to videotaping, but they must remain under seal.

Two other things...DD was scared...MOM ate a meal while waiting for the court's decision.

Does that site that makes the pregnant woman targets for DHS have targets with people carrying TVs and Air Jordans? I think I need to start practicing for the riots when George goes free.
