I thought it was reported on HLN that she was a pro-prosecution juror. This sounds like she was pro-defense.

Dr. Drew had an interesting program last night. Snippets of Jodi's mom and dad, Travis, funeral footage, etc.

In viewing the parents segments, seems like Jodi has always been a handful and more.

I can't wait for Juan to light into Alice....Her *drooling* comment about Travis was so distasteful. IMO, she obviously hates men.

Her book on Amazon is getting some nasty comments.

Well Wilmott refers to the relationship as over a year as well. Actually it was only a five month fling. I hope Juan drills that home to the jury....5 months!!

Jodi's Dad saying she was sometimes very sweet and other times the opposite...
Has any mention ever been made that Jodi could be bi-polar?

What will this mental illness (we always knew!) do to this case?

Hey - the Asylum in "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest" is in Salem Oregon. It is still open!!!
Maybe IT will exist there? Will her mental illness come into this now? No prison, but some Asylum?
Affect the verdict?

I can't BELIEVE all these twists and turns in this nightmare!
Travis was becoming aware of the DANGER of the SLASHER! He was trying to free himself
from her and her madness. Futile when one was as determined as she was. A day of sex in bed first?
I thought that "LOOK" on her face, in her naked photo in bed was not that of a normal person. We all know now what wheels were turning behind those blank/empty eyes... MURDER!!

Why was the defense team smiling when they left chambers ... IF the story is true that Juror #5 was giving Jodi "cues" as to what to answer, what not to answer, etc. etc.?

Does that show Juror #5 was FOR the defense? Maybe that is NOT true then?? ...

Why WERE they smiling if they lost one favoring Jodi? What is going on?

Just saw Jodi drinking using her RIGHT hand. A weird weird duck!!

The defense isn't bringing it up.

Court was in session last night until 9 pm.

I don't know how the prosecutor can sit there and listen to this. Like everyone, I'm only waiting for the moment Juan Martinez can shred this nonsense. THEY WERE A COUPLE FOR 5 MONTHS! Even if any of this is true (and from what we've heard of the "abuse" - it still doesn't rise to the level of slaughter!), women have gone YEARS AND YEARS being tortured and still were incarcerated!

Very confusing! It sounds she was pro-defense to me, too. Beth Karas said that this is the one juror who wrote a LOT of the questions in the basket (which sits right in front of her on the jury box).
