This is an audio clip of a phone interview done with the aunt, Ebony Martin McClaine(sp). She says that Trayvon lived with his uncle and his father lived with her. Starts at about the 2:05 mark.

Another thing I don't recall reading/hearing about, but why would they put a picture of Trayvon that is several years old on his tombstone? (They used the red Holister t photo) Were they really in denial about who Trayvon was when he died? A child who no longer existed, refusal to come to terms with the teenager he had become....

Wow, flgirl543, have you posted that one at CTH? Or sent to MOM/West? Do you have a screen shot?

As I see it, that has to be a MAJOR admission of bad behaviour by TM. And this is someone that the defense REALLY needs to depose, for sure! "Tell us, Jaleesa, just what DID happen in Miami?"

Way back near the beginning of this there were a lot of people posting claiming to be a relative of TM™. The link I saved no longer works so I was unable to verify the details but iirc, there was a claimed cousin who commented on a Miami Herald article around the time the claim was that TM™ was suspended for excessive tardiness. The claimed cousin insisted that was the case and that TM™ got upset/angry about being confronted by a school administrator, yelled and cursed. The cousin, of course, felt that TM™ was totally justified in being angry at the administrator.

Also consider that if this was a truthful post, it's pretty difficult to pull off angry, upset, yelling, and cursing without including agressive body language.

Just something to think about.

I'm very glad the defense went after the school records of the decedent.

From DFH:

Serino to Tracy to the family to Jaleesa, IMO. Third, fourth or more levels of hearsay.

The remark about "what happened in Miami" sounds more of a closer personal knowledge and probably is related to the tweet by Stephen about swinging on a bus driver. IMO, that is still hearsay unless the Defense can find the driver.
