Could they just be "making a record" in case they eventually "LOSE"? Have a chance to TRY to have the verdict overturned citing this recent incident?

FIGHTING about every possible little thing!!! Even most of their objections were overruled, but - they always work somewhat - in that they frustrate the lawyer, break his "stride", constant interrupting giving the witness more time to think. Some desperate lawyers do that. Juan didn't do that nearly as much as Ms. Jack In The Box does! Wound like a TIGHT rubberband!
