I'll bet you're right. Trouble is, Nurmi wants a mistrial! I don't think that is happening because they have like 18 jurors and then will pick 12 - even if they have to remove #5 (and anyone else she "affected") 2 others (?), they still have enough to proceed.

You and Joni are correct - nobody can believe Jodi anymore. She's waaaaay past "the little boy who cried wolf."

On the stand, Jodi using the word "abuse" to describe what her father "did" to her is laughable. In the first interrogation tape, besides saying her family was "awesome, she missed them and wanted to move back, they know the type of person I am," - she was also quite concerned her "father was sick and not doing well and she was worried" about him. She also told Det. Flores that she owed her parents and grandparents a lot of money.

THe way it looks is that Jodi was a rebellious, out of control handful who caused her family a lot of grief.

Does anyone know if any of the crime scene photos show shoe prints?

I've read elsewhere that Jodi had on sock...if so, are there any foot/sock prints?

I have repeatedly seen that crime scene photo with a pants leg in it and TA lying on the floor - you know....the pants leg with with the shoe at the end of it.

I searched around and I did see a drawing of the crime scene that noted one shoe impression...?
And read elsewhere that JA was wearing socks (maybe over her shoes) and smudgy impressions were made by the socks. Geesh!
