Wow, there are 18 Videos, thankfully in 30 minute snippets.

#1 - "my family is awesome." Asks if they are being recorded because she found 2 recorders on the side table while she was waiting. Detective Flores tells her they are not even on but recording is for her protection.

#5 - Sings while waiting - one of them is "O Holy Night."

#6 - Jodi has to scratch her head but is in handcuffs waiting. She decides to bend and scratch her head against the table.

#9 and #10 - Doesn't know what her sister Angela is in Rehab for? HUH?? Jodi just doesn't give a rip about anyone.

She is sitting stone-faced quiet in the face of the female detective's constant questions. Refuses to give ANYTHING up. Long periods of silence to fast forward through. Wants BADLY to see the gruesome pictures! Keeps asking to see them. For what? To help formulate a story? Because she is a psychopathic killer and wants to admire her handiwork? Finally detective says Jodi is "jerking her chain, not wanting to give the family closure, etc."

Meanwhile, this female detective keeps giving Jodi lots of "reasons" to make up to explain her behavior. But Jodi will NOT say anything of substance.

I think she was enjoying being a "big-shot," and getting out of her cell and playing this cat-and-mouse game. Female detective finally realizes Jodi would rather speak to Flores.

#10 - Says Travis DID NOT allow her to take pictures of him in the shower. Travis did not want her there while showering, that was his privacy and that they were "like a married couple" (GAG!). This convinces me she took those pictures without his knowledge. She explained the set up of the bedroom/bathroom and I think she took them from the closet with her zoom lens.

Female Detective makes mistake of pouncing on Jodi immediately and asking, "so are you saying you took those pictures without his consent?" Instead of just casually asking in a more friendly way.

#11 - Female detetctive finally realizes Jodi prefers to speak with Flores. Jodi clearly wants to speak with Flores because she feels she can manipulate him. She becomes quite chatty, much like her 48 Hours display. Does lots of crying while speaking and is working her "charms!" (lol!) Flores is really snowing her with the sympathetic ruse. He's getting her really curious about the photos, dangling the thought of her seeing them like a carrot. She tells him the reason she wants to see them is they might help her remember something, give closure.....other BS.

Flores asks why she wants to see the photos - to see the bathroom? To see the bedroom? To see him? He says in good conscience, he can't show her the photos. She asks, "well, are there any that you can?" Flores offers to "describe stuff" for her, that the photos will never leave his hands.

Remote - GOOD JOB! Zoom lens then maybe? This poor little shy thing, ALWAYS GETS HER WAY! Travis said he didn't want pictures taken of him in the shower, but she did it ANYWAY! The, shy widdle Librarian with her LOW SELF ESTEEM does what she wants, and DOES GET HER WAY!!!

HOPE the jury saw the REAL Jodi on cross.
I am glad Juan brought out the OTHER SIDE of her. You could see her "controlled rage" and the REAL Jodi Arrogant! Low self esteem indeed!!

I always look forward to your insights because they are so spot on both when you're serious and when you're playing.

Also on #11, Jodi repeats her request to Flores (she got nowhere with the female detective who accused her of only talking of material things, (her cash to buy things in the commissary, her make-up, her pictures, etc.) to retrieve some pictures she had of a wedding in her camera they confiscated. He tells her it will be a while before she can get it back.

It would be even better if the jury could get a load of her on these unedited interrogation tapes. When the female detective asks her the first time if she could say anything to the family, what would she say? Jodi immediately says, "that's a good question."

The female detective leaves the room and when she returns, she picks up the conversation again adding that Jodi told her that was a good question and asks, "so what would you say?" Jodi pauses, grabs the water bottle, takes a lonnnng drink and then says nothing. Uncomfortable silence.

In this #11, Flores keeps asking and asking Jodi in different ways what she would say to the family. She tries to put him off by saying she would like to say something but then never really says what - no matter how Flores keeps pushing and saying it in many different ways. Flores even said that "that would be what Travis would want her to do, to give peace to the people who are still here, please do the right thing, Jodi...."

Flores also keeps saying that everyone's biggest question is "Why?"

Flores tries a philosophical approach to happiness, a religious approach, a reasonable approach......NOTHING.

Remote ... nothing for Flores. It figures. I think that's because nobody's home... and there is NOTHING inside of her except primal urges ... food, drink, sleep, ...

NOTHING ELSE!

I do think this idiot copied Casey Anthony a lot also. It seems to me - - that she has.

Good one about the primal urges. This is really true!

Yeah, she follows the 10 commandments. This chick is like a human sponge. She absorbs everything and has complete recall (more evidence that she is lying about her not remembering what she did). I've worked with people like this - they are able to take only a few words of information and are then able to create an entire narrative, affecting a tone and attitude, sounding like they know what they are talking about - very informed and expert-sounding!

I introduced Travis to Jodi.

ANOTHER LIE from JODI. "This man was walking toward me - with a purpose. I stepped aside so he could walk past, but he came right over to me and said 'HI - I'm Travis!'" Isn't she just too polite and too P.C.?

I don't think she is capable of telling the truth. Sure, like Peter Hyatt always says, "A little bit of the truth sneaks into their lies ... they can't help it."

Here is an extremely interesting video to watch while we await trial on Tuesday. It helps understand the background of the controversy about the emails that Dr. LaViolette and attorney Willmott kept trying to get in amid Juan Martinez' constant objections. Emails that HLN is having a field day writing about (that Travis supposedly "abused" other women)

This video is a hearing and the jury is not present. Travis's friend, Chris Hughes (married to Skye Hughes) has quite a testy exchange with defense attorney Nurmi regarding the emails that Dr.LaViolette and attorney Willmott repeatedly kept trying to quote last Thursday.

Seems the Judge had ruled these videos as INADMISSABLE (after this hearing with Chris Hughes). Chris Hughes is quite angry and tells Nurmi he knows the emails were fake and when Nurmi asked him how he knows that, Chris retorts, "I know they are fake, the same way you know they are fake!"

However, as we saw this past Thursday, WIllmott kept trying to get LaViolette to quote the emails that had been deemed INADMISSABLE and then incredibly, the judge turned around and allowed LaViolette to "paraphrase" what was in the emails (which to me, that is WORSE as it is not exact!!)

After Chris Hughes's testimony, stick around because here comes Gus Searcy up to bat. A real character, that one. He seems quite antagonistic towards the Prosecutor and when asked for the name of a witness who Searcy himself claims was in the car with him and Chris Hughes and heard Chris Hughes "threatening" him - Searcy refuses. After Martinez can't get him to budge, the judge ORDERS him to write the name, he STILL refuses. She then offers for him to get counsel to advise him and he STILL refuses! The judge then decides to meet with the attorneys and incredibly, nothing comes from this (perhaps everyone agreed the information wasn't that important?)

These PPL people are quite SASSY!

I'm about to watch #13 right now. I heard that in #14 is where she mentions the "ninjas?"

Video #12 - Flores is gently pleading, whispering, coaxing, sympathizing, gently hammering Jodi with questions and I have to hand it to her - she is one tough beotch! She admits NOTHING! Over and over Flores asks her (as did the female detective):

- I could call the family right now and tell them you're sorry
- Was Travis expecting you that night?
- Was Travis angry that you went there?
- Was there someone else there that night as well?
- Are you protecting someone?
- What would you say to the family?
- It would be nice for the family to have closure
- Your time's running out, I'm not going to be able to talk to you anymore after this
- So many questions unanswered for me, for his family, for your family
- You were there that day, weren't you?
- Were you guys alone?
- Was there anybody there besides you and Travis? Was somebody else there with you - that's the question the whole family is asking. What do I tell them? The only thing I can tell them is that I don't have any evidence that anyone else was there, which translates to, "I don't know if someone else was there. Please give me the answers I need....please give me that at least.....if there was, you don't have to say a name....



Jodi:

- I have so much to say
- I don't know what to say
- I don't know what to do.

Flores: I'm right here in front of you, this is what you need to focus on...

Watching the DR. on Nancy Grace re-run. She is saying how Travis emotionally abused Jodi.

BUT WHEN - good Dr. WHEN??? WHEN did TRAVIS do those mean things you describe?

Did he do those things:
After the slashing of his tires (EITHER TIME)?
OR stealing his "engagement ring" he had in his room? (Diamond)?
After hacking into his BANK ACCOUNT?
Breaking into his house many times via the "doggie door" and making herself comfortable
Or after INVITING HERSELF herself to numerous things?
After hacking into his personal sites, Facebook, etc.?
Using his cell phone, calling girls PRETENDING it was Travis?
After harassing EACH NEW girlfriend, with filthy texts, finally making them break UP with Travis?
After she didn't pay him the money she owed him for "buying" his car?

IS THAT when the BIG BAD MAN was MEAN to widdle Jodi?
WHY don't you say the truth. B S/H or A S/H?

Seems the "abuse" goes back to these emails (referenced in the video I embedded above with Chris Hughes). From what I understand from the interwebs is that way back, Nurmi emailed Chris and Skye Hughes and told them, as if it was fact, that he had PROOF that Travis had abused someone.

Chris Huges explains in that hearing that his wife was shocked to read this email and BELIEVED Nurmi because he is an attorney and why would he lie! Skye, in shock, then immediately replied to Nurmi, something to the effect of that it didn't surprise her, given Travis' background..... When Chris got home and read Nurmi's email, he immediately saw through the BS and adamantly told his wife it wasn't true, that Travis would NEVER do such a thing and then got in touch with Nurmi and let him have it.

Also appears that Skye, for whatever reason, emailed Jodi (trying to get her to back off of Travis?) told Jodi she wouldn't let her sister date Travis (no explanation yet, that I know of). Skye also allegedly wrote to Jodi to ask if Jodi really wanted to end up like Travis's last girlfriend, Deena (?), who stayed with him like 6 years and Travis ended up dumping her. Skye asked Jodi if she wanted the same thing to happen to her.

That is the (emotional) "abuse" people think is being talked about these past couple days? "Abuse" can mean different things to different people, so it will be interesting to see what comes of all this. I'm sure Martinez will clear this up later.

Sorry I took so long to get back here, Joni. There was a cute number game in the Quiz Forum that I couldn't let go of until I figured it out!

We still don't have a whole lot of information, but that is the only thing I can think about Skye "warning" Jodi - exactly - reverse psychology! (I couldn't think of the term until you wrote it!) It had to be, because it is clear Skye did NOT like Jodi.

Of what importance is Mr. Searcy to this case?

Do we know who was in the car with him that he didn't want to disclose - even mentioning he might plead the 5th on that question?
