Joni; If you scrutinize the photo (State exhibit #162) it appears that Travis's neck & collarbone had heavy blood flow across them. The side of the neck appears to be the origin of said heavy blood flow. Therefore: I'd assumed that Jodi had previously slashed Travis's throat.
I still suspect that Jodi used a single video card in both her camera & Travis's camera.
Jodi could've used Travis's camera to capture the images of Travis in the shower, the timestamp would appear (AZ=MST zone) 1 hour ahead of Yreka California (PST zone). Maybe the camera battery was nearly discharged or maybe Jodi's just the physical expression of evil but for whatever reason she may have decided to use her own camera & switched the video card. The Timestamp on Jodi's camera should be an hour ahead of that which Travis's camera should display.
I caused quite an argument on YouTube with that suggestion.
I offered the explanation because I agreed that Jodi couldn't have attacked Travis in the shower, killed him in front of the bath closet, dragged his body to where the image of where State's exhibit #162 was captured within 1/min & 40/sec.
Travis had wounds to his scalp, defensive wounds on his arms & hands, indicative that he fought his way out from the shower. Travis's blood spray on the sink, counter top & mirror are highly indicative that he made it to the bathroom sink. Jodi must have resumed the attack at the sink, stabbing Travis deeply in the chest & wrestled him to the ground. JMHO: I think Travis was weakened & Jodi wrestled him to the tile floor, she straddled him & slashed his throat. Jodi remained on top of Travis until he was dead, then she tended to her own wounded hand & dragged Travis's body down the hallway an hour later. That's when Jodi took the image of herself dragging him, I'd opine that she meant the images to be trophies but thought better of saving them.
Just my attempt to reconcile why the timestamps don't allow enough time between the shower photo images & the death/dragging photo. I don't claim my explanation to be correct as there are other plausible explanations but I'm going with the simplest that makes the most sense. Occam's razor

Thanks MM! The Jodi loving YouTube Trolls hate me but such is life. They're attempting to suggest the police detective must have tampered with the timestamps, anything except that Jodi planned to murder Travis & executed her plan. I'd prefer being hated rather than speak baas.

Jodi wouldn't have wanted him to leave the shower without injuring him, would she? He would have overpowered her for sure. So she did kind of slicing, toying with those neck cuts on both sides as seen in that "front on" picture? Is that what you meant in your first paragraph? Hard to know when I don't know what State's Evidence #192 is.

70 About 6 posts above, THAT picture of Travis! It has ALWAYS upset me. If you blow it up I swear I see blood there collecting at the front of his neck, from both sides I think. I see 2 slices on his right (our left) side?
kj saw that fear in his eyes too... we talked about how unnerving it is, looking at it.

The inhumanity of it all... No wonder that poor woman threw up! Knowing what we ALL know about how vicious and frenzied this murder was, then watching the zombie tap dance all over the court room, for weeks on end, along with her crew ... IS -- nauseating! I believe she never had a broken finger but probably cut a TENDON while murdering Travis. Why no medical attention? She thought she was getting away with it? THEN HAVE THE BRASS B***S TO SAY ... "TRAVIS INJURED ME DURING ONE OF HIS **ABUSIVE FIGHTS**. HE BROKE MY FINGER!!"

I was recently in AZ, and happened to see Dr.Sammuels at a popular restaurant in Scottsdale. We were already seated when he walked in and joined a table of 3 people at the table next to us. We knew who he was as one of the people at his table greeted him as a celebrity now! They talked about the trial the whole time we were there. When we were leaving I went over to his table and shook his hand (just because I've been following the trial from the beggining). I said I saw you on the stand today. I also said good job...why I don't know...he said thank you...I said..shes still guilty as hell....he smiled and said yes I know!

2. According to Jodi's tale, Travis had A BIG ADVANTAGE - BECAUSE HE initiated the fight!
Having the**ADVANTAGE OF SURPRISE** is a really BIG one, I think.

I don't believe for ONE SECOND Jodi's story that Travis initiated this.

So, we know then she had to have a huge advantage over him to win ... because of his size.

I wonder if she toyed with him, cutting light slices on either side of his neck - (not his throat yet) - while
holding the GUN on him to make sure SHE WAS IN CONTROL as she always HAS TO BE? Did he STILL try to go for the knife and then get ALL those deep deep wounds, some slicing thru the muscles of his hands in some of them?

If so, HOW MANY HANDS does this zombie have? Looks like this wannabe was still holding her or his camera thru some of this. Travis said she was a 3 hole wonder ... I do think she is some kind of non-human wonder.

Recently I have thought that Travis was NEVER in his closet during the murder! Jodi HAS to put HIM in the closet to say "I got the gun there!" She CAN'T SAY she brought it! OOOO that would be PREMEDITATION!

Bozo tries to explain away - the stretch of clean carpet down to the SLAUGHTER SITE where Travis was obviously almost decapitated. It was a small caliber gun. (I think Travis might have tried to be escaping to the stairs.?) Bozo has it all A** Backward! I think TRAVIS NEVER GOT into the closet!! JODI NEEDS that closet story to TRY to show it was her self defense!

I do wonder what she FIRST really did - to level the playing field... because he was so much bigger than she was? I thought the stab to the chest in the shower? Joni: I frequent the videos of a few YouTube channels, tawnidilly & eonblue3 have video of the early testimony. Days 1-5 contain a lot of evidence, day 2 has the police detective & the latent finger print/photographer expert & the crime scene placard photos including the cartridge casing. Day 3 has the M.E. testimony. States exhibit #162 is visible on day2 or day 25 @02:33:20.
I don't think Jodi is dragging Travis at the moment that image was captured. I think Jodi grasped Travis's hair to pose him for the photo.
Something is definitely up with the camera timestamps, there's no way Jodi could've done everything within a minute & 40 seconds.

I just watched this YouTube video reenactment of Jodi's version vs a more likely version Z8MxOfIWlFc. Much of the more likely enactment is plausible but it doesn't explain the bloody drag mark leading from the bathroom to the bedroom & the brass cartridge casing should've been recovered on the opposite side of the bathroom. Nor does it explain why the brass cartridge casing was recovered from atop the small pool of congealed blood that's inbetween the sink vanity cabinet & the bathroom closet door. Stabbed in the heart, his throat slashed to the vertebrae & he still managed to crawl to the carpet? I highly doubt that occurred & what about the blood stains all over the hallway wall? That smeared blood stain upon the wall appears (left to right) to have been caused by Jodi's blood soaked pants/butt (I assume her clothing was blood soaked when she straddled Travis) as she spun Travis body around at the end of the hallway.
However: The alternate timeline eliminates the need for Jodi to have tampered with the camera time/date settings or switch the video cards around. Maybe Jodi really is that stupid & I'm wasting time searching for a plan hidden from view.
