Given the devious and proven lying of Arias I a SURE that is exactly what she did when answering these tests.

You play the role in your mind... in Jodi's case she may even believe some of it now... and you answer... it's not hard to do.

Psych tests like this to a large extent are only accurate if the subject submits to being honest.. and Jodi clealy does not.

5:27 p.m. ET: Martinez is objecting to almost everything Willmott is saying, and now the attorneys are at a sidebar.

5:25 p.m. ET: Willmott is walking Samuels through the PSD, and the answers Arias gave on the test.

5:24 p.m. ET: Willmott started to ask Samuels questions, but Martinez objected and they are at another sidebar.

I think the "blood trail" should tell the story of how this came down. There was a long area of 'no blood' on his floor? That was in the closet?

Wonder if it will support what I think ... that she stabbed him FIRST near the heart while he was sitting down in that small shower ... then to the sink... where he was spitting up blood and no doubt getting stabbed all those times in the back, and the back of his head? Then the throat slashing... then the gunshot as the M.E. seems to think?

What was that long area of the floor with no blood? Did she put down a spread or trash bags or something which might have made it easier to move him? We see the picture of her pant/shoe... but don't know what was on the floor under Travis, if anything at that point, do we?

The entire thing (the Dr.'s tests/testimony) is based on Arias' lies upon more lies. What use is it? I see no value in anything he has to say.

Trying to get this guy to say Jodi answers would have all been the same.. even after she changed her story.. That is STUPID... he can't KNOW that?

She talks as if Jodi's new story is the truth.. and we KNOW that is not so.. and certainly if she is picturing a completely different scenario.. I am SURE some of her answers would have been different.

Jodias didn't have a long string of people saying she is wonderful did she - CHARACTER WITNESSES? Did she have one woman who eventually had to say she didn't know THAT SIDE of Jodias ... after seeing the naked photos. Strange duck she is ... odd.

Wonder what that pill was that she took? They said all meds have to go thru the jail.

This is SO OBVIOUSLY A RAGE KILLING ... NOT SELF DEFENSE! RAGE BECAUSE HE REALLY DIDN'T WANT HER anymore, OR PERMANENTLY! Maybe she saw the Cancun trip as the straw that broke the camel's back, and then knew it was over in spite of their day of sex. She was getting older and losing her "charms"? She finally knew how Travis really viewed her, I guess? Sex, if SHE wanted to give it - that's it!! No marriage though he WAS really looking now.

Verbal abuse from Travis the Dr. was just saying... Was that after she stalked him and his dates, and after she slashed his tires, and did that a second time, and his girlfriend's too, and after she hacked into his Bank Account and other personal things?

5:49 p.m. ET: Samuels said all the information he gathered on Arias including her test results supports a diagnosis of PTSD, and that is likely why she has memory lapses of when she killed Alexander. Willmott then ended her redirect examination of Samuels. Judge Stephens has now recessed court until 6:45 p.m. ET. When court resumes Samuels will answer questions from the jury.

5:48 p.m. ET: Willmott continues to go through the answers Arias provided on the PSD test one-by-one.


5:45 p.m. ET: Arias told Samuels that she had trouble sleeping in the jail, because it was such a noisy place.

5:43 p.m. ET: Willmott is pointing out that on certain Arias could have answered differently if she wanted to embellish the trauma she experienced.

"Many of the clients I work with claim nightmares, but it’s not likely that they’re actually having them, but there’s no way to check. So this is a score where you could exaggerate if your intent was to skew the results in your favor,” said Samuels.

5:38 p.m. ET: Samuels said that many of the answers Arias provided on the PSD are consistent with her self-defense story, despite at the time she was still lying that Alexander was killed by two intruders.

5:33 p.m. ET: The attorneys are still at a sidebar with the judge.

I just don't care if Jodi is having trouble sleeping or that she has PTSD or that she is even suicidal. I have to think the jurors are thinking the same thing. It really has nothing to do with the murder. These are all CONSEQUENCES of her actions.
