This is a very informative Video, where the ME tells about all Travis' injuries, focusing on the 3 life-threatening ones, the gunshot, the stabbing of the heart/Vena Cava, and the slashing of his throat and all the damage those things did to his body.

The ME states that he believes Travis was alive when his throat was slashed and when he was stabbed in the heart, but NOT when he was shot (lack of blood at the site shows he had already bled-out). He said the worst injury was the slit throat, the next was the stab to his heart, and the least injurious of the three was the gunshot to his head/brain. But all three were potentially fatal.

Blurred Lines

Samuels said he never blurred the line between his therapy and evaluations of Arias. Earlier this week prosecutor Juan Martinez accused Samuels of crossing ethical lines for giving Arias a card and self-help book.

The 2nd time Alexander tied Arias was the day of the murder; he wrote in his notes that her feet were tied also. Arias testified otherwise.

Samuels On Arias' Supposed Bondage Activities:

According to Samuels' notes from April 21, 2010, Arias told him that Alexander had tied her up on two different occasions. Arias said Alexander tied her wrists and ankles on June 4, 2008, Samuels said. This contradicts Arias' earlier testimony that only her hands were bound.
