I could use some research help in my battle against the Trayvonites. So I am a scumbag and MOM is a liar because I can't provide proof other than West's statements in court that the prosecution said witness was lying. Never mind that every media source has picked the story up, because when it is a bad thing the media is against them, when its a good thing, well the media is the best. Also please ignore that the prosecution didn't object or otherwise attempt to say that MOM or West were lying, that is because the prosecution doesn't need to set the record straight, because everyone knows MOM is a liar and is just doing everything he can to derail the case because the defense knows that they can't win.

Anyway, does anyone have a link to the March court transcripts and does anyone have any concrete proof of the prosecution admitting that witness 8 lied?

I wonder if there is any significance to the fact DD's deposition started at 9am and was the only deposition scheduled for that day. It could just be scheduling problems. It could also be they expected to take a long time with DD and/or they wanted time to process what DD said prior to deposing the others.

Maybe twice as long because she needed to repeat what she said to make it understandable? I notice they didn't hire an interpreter.

Look at the video. It happens in the first few minutes when West is discussing why they no longer need the records since they do not exist. John Guy has to tell the Judge that they do not have records. Sorry, I don't have a link but there is one over at Diwata's Place.

Depositions have a definite start/finish time. I think that 2.5 hours has been the longest we have seen. If there is nothing else on the schedule, I would guess that they set aside a long period of time for her deposition. Perhaps the whole day. That would tie up BDLR or Guy and I would kill to know who was representing her, if she retained a lawyer. Will check NatJack's tweets later to see if she was tweeting while the deposition was ongoing.

Tracy Martin, Brandy Green and Chad went on Thurs, March 14th. Curious about W25 also since that was held with the others in a neutral location. Makes me think it is some family member since the Defense was denied addresses. Maybe Steven or Ron?

Sybrina and Javaris got deposed on Friday March 15th.

They had to leave time in there so that they could find her.

The good news is that now they know what W8 knows about how Crump found her, her age, and the hospital. And if her account differs from anything Crump put or implied in that deposition, they would have more definitive questions to present to Ben Crump. Or the judge should she ask...again.

Allowing ample time to explore her 500 minutes of conversation with Trayvon.

I don't know W25 either. My best guess is Alicia, the REAL mother of Trayvon.

Note that two of the depo notices reference video recording which imo makes it more likely they will be used as trial testimony.

March 15, 2013 - Motion on Crump deposition is furnished

What, if anything, in the Motion may indicate information acquired from W8 in that deposition?

All three do.

Nothing specific but the defense does say Crump's affidavit was inaccurate and incomplete. I'd say it's almost a certainty the defense found a number of differences or additional information from DD since, at the very least, the two of them aren't likely to remember things the same.

W25 is his cousin, Stephen Martin, the one that was with him that weekend.
