Here's yet another clip from alert trial watchers of Jodi, after her attorneys have come back from a sidebar discussion (begin at 23:10 mark) putting something in her mouth, like some kind of pill(?) and then taking a sip of water to wash it down.

Everyone's wondering what it could be as it is thought that they are not allowed to have anything like that in court?

That looks innocent enough... pain killer or some regular med?

I think the court should make sure she always has a glass of water on hand....

I believe I posted the graphic picture links in the Discussion #1 thread, so I went looking page by page yet couldn't find them. Weird. I found the link to the photobucket that had the boob job (and it seems that now, only one picture appears and it's not the boob job). I just couldn't find the autopsy pictures. Like you, I really don't want to look at that particular picture again.

But whatever she took, I don't think prisoners are allowed to do that - they are dispensed whatever is needed and can't just willy nilly take things on their own. I still can't get over that they are not allowed to be given lunch by even their own lawyers (the lawyers would face some kind of 2nd Degree Misdemeanor, IIRC).

There is graphic....sex and shower... then there is MORE graphic... throat slit/autopsy.

In discussion thread #1 ....I found a Long vid of court.. with some sex pics etc shown on that towards the end.

Many thanks to those of you who looked SO hard for that throat photo! I should have done a screen shot of it when I had it but I didn't. What if that photo was on a YouTube video? I could still do a screen shot, right? Can someone lead me to that Video? Rumpole?

I have a major complaint...and I might find some disagreement. But really, can't Juan find something more of substance to gripe about? From the get-go he's majored on the minors. WHY is he harrassing Dr. Samuels about how he uses a PENCIL instead of a PEN to do his markings on tests? I couldn't care less if the doc changes his markings. Dr. Samuels is not on trial here. I also use mechanical pencils exclusively unless I'm signing a legal paper. I mark up books, papers, everything with those pencils so I or others can erase the markings if we want.

Why doesn't Juan say ONE WORD about Jodi's REAL psychology to Dr. Samuels? Why doesn't he ask him if some of her symptoms (STRESS) that he says gave Jodi the strength to drag Travis so far couldn't be due to RAGE and FURY and JEALOUSY instead of fear of Travis???? Come on, Juan. Cut to the quick and ask some substantive questions!

Also heard today is going to be good day, in general.

Jodi is looking a lot different these days than when she was interviewed in the very beginning.
MUCH older ... dragged down. I bet her list of "problems" would be longer than your arm.
