She says she didn't have the KNIFE *on her* and had to go get it?
He couldn't even do it in 62 seconds. Impossible, just like Juan said.

This is so sad to me. Makes me think of Travis maybe at one point along the way...

I saw that reenactment yesterday, too, Joni. He was able to efficiently do everything, including counting to 29 for the stabs and he finished in 1minute 07seconds.

He went through Jodi's claims quite efficiently (I can't imagine it went as smoothly as that when it actually happened) but the problem for me was when he was counting out the stabs, in reality. it couldn't be done as smoothly and quickly as he was counting. It's awful to think about, but imagine, stabbing someone, the knife would have to go in at different depths and there would be resistance when removed each time - especially difficult would have been those ungodly knife stabs to the head!!

So, due to the stabbing, along with all the other actions she claims, 62 seconds is an IMPOSSIBILITY.

Look up the site for this Dr.who is testifying. Forget his name. His ad says something like "I will get your client off..." something like that. HE IS NOT supposed to do that. HE IS supposed to give a medical TRUTHFUL report on the person! Did anyone else hear about his comments before he went on ..."This big trial will really help my new BOOK!" etc. etc. etc.

Dr. Samuals wrote a report with out examining a mother in a case. Just wrote about one side. He was supposed to speak to both sides. (Tom WON'T be quiet here! I hope some of this makes some sense!)

Dr. was fined because he did BARTERING. He bartered dental services for his "expertise". Not legal.
