Unless he is status, Jordan is not online on the site. Look on the bottom left hand side and you should be able to see who is logged on.

The members only thread(s) are under daily discourse... if you look at the main index page... the top block of forums are members only.

(If you log off and look at index page you cant see them)


Everything else is public... including "The Crimes and trials" forum GZ is one of the subforums.

As far as Jordan2 goes... he has posted just once today... you can click on members list at top and see all their posts. Maybe he sent you a PM? There is an alert to "new messages" top left of any page.

The bond agreement is with the bonding company, right? The bonding company then presents to the jail for release? The bonding company is not an agent of the courts, as I read it. The courts only determine the amount of bail.

Every time I got into a "situation" I was released on my OR. Not familiar at all with bonding companies.

I would certainly like to see any proof of that bond agreement. I have asked a few times and been ignored. Oh, well.
