I wanted to show here pictures of BAT MAN - LINE BACKER JODI!! Didn't she look just like a BAT??
How can anyone MOVE FAST like that? Her bony arms spread out - cutting down on the wind? Football players do that? Don't know physics.

Joni, Do you mean this pic?

YES - THAT'S HER! She is taking off into her La La Land?
Loved that segment. Did you notice she can't CAN'T CAN'T STOP talking?
He kept saying ..."Don't talk ... just SHOW ME!" Rerun. "No, don't talk ... just **SHOW ME** his pose."

"Well he got down like this, and he turned his head like this ..."

"LOOK JUAN, I HAVE TO MAKE MY STORY *FIT* THE EVIDENCE!! I HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU 'GET IT'. WE'RE TALKING ABOUT MY PRECIOUS, PRODUCTIVE LIFE HERE!!!"

TRYING TO GET BOLD. I SEE IT ... BUT ...

Love your BATS R.!!!!

Just thought of something. I often said I wonder if her "finger" was CUT during the slaughter, rather than broken?

She DID tell the Detective her finger was CUT during a scuffle with the woman Ninja I think.
Look at the picture above. Is it "bent"? That might be why too that she never got medical HELP for it?
It was done during the murder!

I have missed a lot of this trial, but it seems to me that Martinez is perhaps spending too much time on the details of JA's story.

The WHOLE STORY is a fabrication clearly. We all know she stabbed and slashed before the gun shot... the evidence confirms this.

So her tale of running up hall, getting gun etc.. is just nonsense... she created that tale and practised it for years.. she might even believe some of it now that she has repeated it. It is hard to trip her up on detail but not hard to see it is overall fiction.

It is FAR too convenient to just "plead the fog" on the actual murder.. it is in fact silly...
Rather that go over the details of the fiction over and over.. I would like to see Martinez push the REAL sequence of events... keep at her.. if she remains hostile and keeps up with the silly "plead the fog" the jury will see that.

I suppose Martinez will put the fairy tale to rest in his closing and give his version (the medical Examiner's version) of what happened (I'm surprised there was no computer graphic of how it clearly happened). I can only dream of him saying:

"We spent many days listening to Ms. Arias' version of how this murder happened. We belabored minutiae that cannot be verified, and when all is said and done, it is a version refuted by the Medical Examiner. The only VERIFIED FACT that Ms. Arias has told us is that she killed Mr. Alexander. This is what we think happened......"

I do believe she cut her finger during the slaughter, too. I mean, how could she not? 29 stab wounds, blood, slippery grip on the knife.

I had to laugh over - "the scuffle with the ninja" :HSG

I don't think Jodi could keep up the innocent little girl act for the whole trial. But I think maybe they're winding down now. So it's time for Jodi to just look like she's tired and weary and giving up so to speak..."do what you will with poor little me" kind of thing.

Also, maybe the reality of the soon verdict is starting to hit Jodi. Out of the limelight and into prison long-term. She really did herself in when she allowed herself to exercise that god-awful temper-tantrum with Travis. But if I had to be one of them, it'd be Travis. I think my mother was right, there are some things worse than death.

Oh Remote - picture it.

Start off with the premise that "IT" is so incredibly beautiful and "wanted" probably by ALL ... :HSG

The argument/discussion between the man and the woman ..."Kill her! NO don't kill her!! KILL HER!
But that's NOT what we came here for! DON'T KILL HER!!! KILL HER!"

AWWWW LET THE BEAUTY :18 LIVE!

Sounds like Mannie Moe and Jack, or the Keystone Cops doesn't it? :95

THAT must be why she dragged Travis back to the shower to wash her BLOOD OFF HIM! SHE DID CUT HER FINGER ... plus any other evidence from her. SHE THOUGHT she would get away with this?

Idiot MISSED her handprint on the hall wall with BOTH of their blood combined!! So she DID cut her finger then?? BLOOD from both Travis and her on that print?

Travis did not ABUSE her and BREAK her finger. It was CUT, not broken. Can't they Xray that and find out what damage if any is there?

Welcome to the place Rick :32

Two good things to do early on:

1.Chose a pic as your avatar instead of cat Sillouette.
You can do that yourself.. or I can if you suggest a pic

2. Post your APROXIMATE location so that I can add you to the Members Google map

I'm really dreading hearing the Domestic Violence experts that are sure to come - maybe beginning today? To hear them making jodi Arias into an "abuse victim" is such an insult to those who really are. So many, many women who have had horrific abuse done to them and their children and then (justifiably) killed their husbands in real fear for their lives - have gone to prison. Jodi has NO excuse.

I've been doing some thinking about that incredibly sad/frightened look Travis had in that shower picture sitting down, staring at the camera. It has bothered me from the moment I first saw it. THEN, when I heard the video (Dr. Drew show) of Travis recounting his near-death experience at the hands of the armed couple, with Jodi with her head on his lap, it clicked.

Besides the fact that is where I think Jodi got the man/woman ninja story (posted this last week), I believe that is what his "look" that so disturbed me comes from, too. In Travis' story, something struck me. He mentions how when the gun was pointed at him, he "mustered up the most despair that I could..." I wanted them to feel my "despair" (paraphrased).

THAT to me is the look he had and was giving Jodi, staring straight at the camera with full-on despair! It is a look of DESPAIR. It worked before with the people wanting to shoot him, and he thought it would work with Jodi. He had no idea with whom he was dealing.

If you were Jodi, don't you think you'd be a lot more passionate on the stand, especially when answering questions about the actual killing? If it was true that Jodi was fighting for her life, wouldn't some of that passion come out on the stand? Instead, what we're seeing is the same ole monotone like answers, said matter-of-factly, in an almost boring fashion. If I had to explain why I performed over-kill on the love of my life, I think I'd be pretty emotional about it, even several years after the event. Was it enough that Jodi only got emotional when she was asked to view some of the most horrific pictures?

Gotta gripe again. So they don't start work before Noon each day...and recess at 4:30? No wonder this trial is taking forever.
My message to the court.... :18

2:08 p.m. ET: Willmott ended her argument by saying Samuels has not changed anything, and is not bringing anything new into the trial that hasn't been already been disclosed to Martinez. Martinez said the presentation has new information, and information they jury should not see.

2:04 p.m. ET: The research Samuels is using for the basis of his testimony is accepted in the medical community according to Willmott.

1:59 p.m. ET: Willmott said Martinez can have time to review the power point slide, and Samuels can also testify about why he is qualified about his 30 years of experience in the field.

1:57 p.m. ET: Defense Jennifer Willmott said the reason why Martinez is objecting to Samuels presentation, because it is actually helpful for Arias. Willmott said Samuels is basically going to say Arias suffers from PTSD.

1:53 p.m. ET: Martinez is going through a laundry list of objections he has with Samuels power presentation.

1:50 p.m. ET: Martinez says Samuels has a power point presentation with slides that depict a quote from a study and another quote from Time magazine. He says these quotes are hearsay, and he hasn't had time to go over the study.

1:48 p.m. ET: The judge is on the bench. Prosecutor Juan Martinez is objecting to new information Samuels is about to present. He says it is a disclosure violation.

1:34 p.m. ET: Arias is in the courtroom, along with her attorneys, and defense witness Richard Samuels. The judge should be taking the bench shortly, when the jury is seated, we should begin with testimony from Richard Samuels, PH.D. Psychologist. He will be on direct examination.

1:32 p.m. ET: Testimony should begin any moment.
