Thanks for picking up my slack, Rumpole! Real life is such a nuisance! :Q28

A commentator at the end said that Jodi looked like the wind had been taken out of her sails. :HSG

Her explanations are NOT adding up and there are even more questions that require additional explanations.

rt and remote. :28 :28 Thanks I like it a lot too. Alone Again, Naturally :DN4

Was just about to write to Vinnie or somebody on HLN about the "weight" the shelf holds.
(I just put together a bookshelf a couple weeks ago. Shelves hold 40 pounds I think.) While going there, Juan said they hold 40 pounds I think, or maybe said 50 pounds. (I forget which). Only held up by metal pegs.

I HOPE this jury gets furious with Jodi for torturing this decent man who is ONLY doing his job and that is to SPEAK for the murdered. I do think he is winning. To RUN OUT of the house would have been so normal - so un-Jodi.

So, we are to believe also that after shooting him first, then she slaughtered him ... butchered him... and much of it in his back, and the back of his head. SELF DEFENSE? BOY WHAT A THREAT HE MUST HAVE BEEN THEN!! BULLET IN HIS HEAD, TRYING TO GET AWAY FROM HER. HIS BACK FACING
HER... BOY SHE MUST HAVE BEEN VERY FEARFUL!!

OH MORE QUESTIONS FROM THE JURY FOR THE IDIOT!!!!!! YES!!!!!

Happy Days Are Here Again :DN4

That was a great jury question: "Why didn't you shoot Travis again if you still felt threatened?"

Well...of course Jodi had the perfect answer, "I dropped the gun." Convenient. Now must find a knife.

She should be named "the clumsy killer." She drops the camera, drops the gun, drops the knife. But again, this is her LIE. She is sitting there creating a scenario that did not exist, , answering questions based on a massive fabrication!

According to the ME, he states the gun shot came LAST.

Now...who do we believe? Hmmmmm, tough call. :Q28

Hi Joni - yes, everyone knows that those kind of resting shelves on pegs are not for standing without flipping. I'm sure there are a few jurors that probably have that same type of closet/shelf and know better.

There was a behavioral analyst on JVM show and she said something interesting. JVM told her that just listening to the countless stories and lies stressed her out and she even asked her staffers if it was stressing them out as well. The therapist answered that deception, listening to deception, affects the central nervous system of the listener! Didn't know that, all I know is I HATE liars.

I wonder if Travis was a virgin or "almost virgin" when he met the "pro"? :78

It must have been like turning a kid loose in a candy store when he met "IT". Poor red blooded American male. Then after he probably started thinking with his BRAIN ... he knew this was going nowhere and didn't want to spend his life with "IT".

She truly wouldn't let him go. Ruined all future relationships ... he was hog tied by the Pro.
No escape.

It all took 62 seconds... according to Travis' camera time stamps.

Remote I heard that too, and I DO feel the stress. I often wondered about the stress for Nancy Grace and Jane VM. Their life is all about this, and DA*N KILLER LIARS!! It's ALL about Travis for me ... only Travis.
D.P. or life w/o parole. Either one - and I would be pleased.

Nancy Grace I think will have a friend of Travis' who also SURVIVED that hold up" where the gun was held to Travis' head!! OR maybe Jane. Rushing ... not sure. They both have re-runs.

Jane has a re-run here on the west coast at midnight. Nancy has a few reruns, nightly. All on HLN.

The wind is NOT knocked out of her sails. I noticed the same thing today. I believe her attorneys told her to really play up the 'sad little girl act' because it won't be long before the jury is out.

Okay you guys, what is the best evidence that Jodi's murder was premeditated. All I can think of off the top of my weary head is the gas cans and the Cancun trip. And the stalking. Somebody make a list.

I have missed a lot of this trial, but it seems to me that Martinez is perhaps spending too much time on the details of JA's story.

The WHOLE STORY is a fabrication clearly. We all know she stabbed and slashed before the gun shot... the evidence confirms this.

So her tale of running up hall, getting gun etc.. is just nonsense... she created that tale and practised it for years.. she might even believe some of it now that she has repeated it. It is hard to trip her up on detail but not hard to see it is overall fiction.

It is FAR too convenient to just "plead the fog" on the actual murder.. it is in fact silly...
Rather that go over the details of the fiction over and over.. I would like to see Martinez push the REAL sequence of events... keep at her.. if she remains hostile and keeps up with the silly "plead the fog" the jury will see that.

Vinnie just made an excellent point that I sure should have thought of!!! If Travis indeed owned that little .25 gun, then surely he would have had some ammo laying around. He didn't. Since I've been stockpiling ammo like crazy for the last 2 months, I'm actually disappointed in myself that I didn't think of that. DUH!

The shelves ... may be not only "flip" - but totally CRASHING! Pins bending .. or the composition wood that's holding them crumble? 47547547525311111111? SEE THIS? THIS IS LILLY ON HERE SAYING HELLO!

About the "stolen gun". I think the grandfather had MORE than 1 gun. I thought thieves LOVE GUNS??
If there were more than 1 gun, they would ONLY TAKE ONE???? WHY? I DON'T THINK SO.

Years ago I leaned on a thick shelf on pegs (didn't realize it at the time) and it flipped up and everything on it slid off. There's no way she could step or stand on it without it flipping.

BTW, I don't like this new 10:00 p.m. show on HLN.

I wanted to show here pictures of BAT MAN - LINE BACKER JODI!! Didn't she look just like a BAT??
How can anyone MOVE FAST like that? Her bony arms spread out - cutting down on the wind? Football players do that? Don't know physics.

Those shelves are really annoying about the tipping!

LOL about the show at 10:00 - I don't care for it either. I flipped over to watch The Young & The Restless on Soapnet! I usually never watch Dr. Drew either, but he's had some pretty good guests with interesting things to say - unlike his usual shows that are not about Jodi Arias.

(.......and it doesn't hurt that Mark Eiglarsh is so easy on the eyes! :Q17 )

Could be, rt. Wouldn't put it past her, but I don't know why she didn't try this ploy earlier?

Someone posited tonight on one of the shows that another act of premeditation, besides the Gas Cans, Cancun trip, the stealing grandpa's gun - was the scratched CD. The talking head thought that maybe she took the picture CD with her so they could reminisce together about their previous trips so he would change his mind about her going to Cancun. When she got nowhere with that, she scratched it to tick him off.

I suppose when that didn't work, it was "plan B." :13
