Lethal injection is quick & painless since switching to a single needle protocol. The current preferred drug is Pentobarbital, same stuff used to euthanize domestic animals. IMHO: Capital punishment is about protecting society from the most extreme violent felons, the worst of the worst lest we regress to a system of vigilante justice. It's all about the permanent removal of those extreme violent felons that are unfit to ever be released back into society including incarcerated society. I think it was either Texas or Georgia that recently executed a death row inmate for the murder of his prison cell mate. Remember the Texas-7, seven extremely violent prisoners in Texas (2 or 3 lifers) escaped custody & murdered Deputy Aubrey Hawkins while on the lamb. Those are the type that should've been on death row rather than sentenced to life in prison.

What would I ask? I was thinking about this very thing last night after I watched the YouTube of one of the witnesses for the State (racking my brain and I can't remember which one it was now....Det. Flores, the female forensic crime scene tech or Ryan Burns?).

Anyway, the judge asked if the jury had a question and it seemed the judge said there was one question from a juror. She had counsel approach (I read that it is procedure that they discuss the question(s) and the judge decides whether they get answered) and then after discussion with the judge, the matter was dropped.

Could these texts in which Travis pegs her as a sociopath and seems to have her "number" have been the cause of Jodi's rage (along with the fact that Travis was taking a girl to Cancun with him) and subsequent trip to confront Travis? These 3 messages are all one long text with no replies from Jodi Arias in between. These were sent a week before the murder.

Is there something that Jodi did that we know of that prompted Travis to make these strong statements? I bolded out the comment about Danny Jones above...what was her pic comment? Is there something missing on Jodi's part? Do we know why Travis called her evil and a sociopath 'besides' her stalking and slashing tires? Is there anything she wrote to him that i don't know about?

Were I juror; I wouldn't waste my breath asking Jodi anything except why she didn't commit suicide to save us all a world of grief. Even then I'd know whatever she replied was a lie straight to my face.

Trial coverage resumes shortly, I'm going to hate listening to another round of the defense fairy tales.

That's the problem rt, looks like only Jodi Arias, the massive liar knows what was really said from her side. Should be a doozy to have gotten Travis this angry. I was thinking maybe the tires being slashed and the crawling through his doggy door to sleep at his place....but those things were in April? Maybe it has to do with something that's been mentioned about her doing something with his bank account?

No one knows about the pic comment, either. But like I said, it had to be something pretty big for Travis to be this explicit.

What a pity that Arizona law is such that Nurmi gets the last word with this liar. However, I don't think anyone will soon forget what happened on the stand last week with the prosecutor grilling Jodi like a cheeseburger!

Yes, for Travis to say those things, Jodi must have been acting psychotic.

Vinnie brought out a good point, which is why didn't Juan try to bring out some emotion/anger in Jodi by talking about Travis taking another woman to Cancun, asking her why not her, etc, really pressing the point?

I think Vinnie's right. That seems to be her Achilles' heel - another woman. Martinez really got under her skin and probably could have rattled her big time about that. I can't believe she sat there and said, "no, I wasn't jealous." Riiiight. Jodi.

I finally understood what I was looking at, rt.....I couldn't see it until this morning, but looking head on, that is the bottom part of her pant leg (it has a blue strip down the seam), and then it flows (to the right) into her foot covered by a black sock.

Wonder if anyone is feeling sorry for Jodi's little injuries she is describing??

Since we KNOW Jodi is a constant liar... we don't even KNOW - do we - if she told Travis she was coming, that night. After those emails Travis sent, I doubt if he would have wanted to see her.

Her phone calls don't prove anything ... do they? So she called him. Who knows WHAT was said?
She could have just walked in there, naked ... once AGAIN trying to entice him - step ONE of her plan.
Did I hear something too about her entering via a doggie door?

Dr. Drew will be having someone on who knew Jodi before Travis. Thought something "strange" ... about her.
