I noticed that too. The last time her atty objected, saying she'd already said she didn't remember...and when the objection was over-ruled she didn't agree with her atty but agreed with Juan. Today was a hard day for her and I think she's losing her edge.

I watched a live feed at work. (Hope I don't get in big trouble!) I was on the edge of my seat all day!!

What a brilliant job Martinez did. Trapped her in her web of lies. I'm not sure how her attorneys are going to get her out of this mess.



Here's the interview from last night's show with her friend Bryan Carr, who visits her every weekend in prison. Carr tells Jane Velez-Mitchell that he has talked to Arias about the possible outcomes of her trial, and they do not think Jodi will get the death penalty.

In fact, Carr tells Jane that Jodi believes there will be a mistrial because the jury will be split and they believe that the verdict for the next trial will be Manslaughter and 5 years Parole!!!

I have the AzCentral live stream going on my iPad all day and also In Session on my TV til that goes off at 1pm, then HLN, which is really lame....toooo many commercials and local news stuff. HLN is the worst of all, I'd say they show the trial for 5 minutes then a bunch of other stuff for 20 minutes and do that back and forth all day. So I'm LOVING the live stream from AzCentral. I don't miss one minute. I also have wireless earbuds so I can walk around and refill my soft drink and tend to the puppy dogs or whatever while I'm listening. Those buds last 4 hours so I do have to recharge them but I'm tied to my iPad for only 2 hours while the wireless buds are recharging. Aren't you glad you know all this!

Have you ever done something you really really really wish you hadn't done? Well, how would you like to be in Jodi's shoes? Good Lord, when she shot him in the head she shot herself in the foot.

So I'm thinking....if Jodi wanted some real revenge w/o consequences why couldn't she have just paid a couple of thugs to beat the living daylights out of Travis and called it even?

Yes, we all have...but savagely slaughtering him? I think she might have gotten away with it if she just shot him, but stabbing him 29 times.... and obviously planning it way ahead of time...stealing the grandparents gun, the gas cans, etc.

Then the interviews and wanting to represent herself? They should have pleaded insanity.
