Keeps making the point the Sutton ( and the other girls) actually were guilty of receiving stolen good (clothes) .. Lavit trying to saythat is all Coleman did too. ( at least as far as the theft related charges go)
He just got Sutton to say "for the record" she is white... her uncle is a cop... the obvious ploy is that poor Vanessa was picked on because she was black. And that Sutton got further preferential treatment because her uncle was a cop.
