Mom says he is not getting all the discovery... State says it has given all that they have to.

MOM says from discovery they have NOT been given stuff... he is in dilemma... they have to figure out what they don't have

I think the judge is being THICK.

MOM knows there is information that State is not bothering to ask for, let alone supply.

It is no comfort to know that after a verdict this could result in a retrial?
