I just discovered this song on iTunes today. (It's free this week!) It was just released 2 days ago by a relatively new band from Australia.

The Rubens are a 4 piece band from Menangle, NSW consisting of 3 brothers and a childhood friend on the drums. Forming in February 2011 the boys are pushing out blues tunes soaked in copious amounts of soul.

It's my new favorite song! :69 :26





The video is cool, too. It's reminiscent of the title sequences from James Bond movies.

They have an EP out, but I don't like the other songs nearly as much as this one.

Thanks for the song... how did I miss that... its from my era and my sort of thing... never heard it before.

It does have the melody of the classic Ozzie folk song.
