Don’t you realize the truth? It is hitting you upside the head. George was after the Skittles. All this rubbish about profiling and thinking Tcong was up to no good was a smokescreen to throw you off. George was addicted to Skittles. It was armed robbery. George is really the Skeeto Bandito.

Some basic rules of Neighborhood Watch Groups.

Members are NOT supposed to be carrying a gun. I know G. has a license, but he could have left his gun in his vehicle IF he followed rules. Why didn't he? Looking for a fight?
This was so wrong, even at it's inseption. "Suspicious looking guy - something is wrong with him..." Is the pot calling the kettle black? Trying to get out of the rain as some people do ... is suspicious? Maybe to Z.'s eyes and "thinking" it was. Another poor/wrong choice. One of Z's many.

Seems like those *series* of ignored "rules" led to an unnecessary death. :97 The NWG's KNOW these dangers, and that's WHY they compiled those rules - obviously. Z. had a hard time obeying rules? HE knows best? A comedy of errors, a series of poor choices ignoring the experts experiences/data which resulted in their list of rules which seemed to have the purpose - how to handle things in the safest manner - ALL ignored by Z. knows A recipe for DISASTER! How many rules compiled by the experts did Z. break? Why does he feel ABOVE THE LAW?

I just don't understand his thinking - choices. He seems to make choices that set things up for certain DISASTER. But why?

Just thinking ... didn't Trayvon say to his friend he wasn't going to run - just walk fast?
Probably knew running makes one look very guilty.

Z. sounded somewhat breathless on one of his phone calls... couldn't he catch up with Trayvon if running? Was he? How can we ever know - ask Z.? :11

They DID meet somewhere ... somehow.

(For sake of discussion ...)

We are again picking old scabs.. and none of these scabs amount to much.
Perhaps we should stop?

Dee Dee? Not likely to be a credible witness. But to cover it one more time. She said he said he was at his fathers house (Brandi's place)... as well as the nonsense about not runnin' any more.. he went BACK!!!! Even star witness Dee Dee said he went back!!!
He confronted GZ!!!!
And I just got through saying.... it does not matter in the sense that HOWEVER they ended up in a fight... GZ was exercising self defence .... EVEN IF HE STARTED IT!!!!! Which the evidence proves he did not.

It is a little tedious going over the same stuff. Perhaps wait and see?

The new Judge seems to have a nice "open face". I hope she is bright and fair.
That's all any of us could ask for. :78

TM had already turned down the T by the time GZ got out of his truck. GZ wasn't running, the sound was the wind, he was still talking to the NEN operator. Even if GZ got out of his truck to look for TM, he would have been looking in vain, because TM should have been long gone. So why was TM anywhere near the T when GZ got there??

I don't think we can tell looking at her record etc.

Lester had good form on paper.. but he was a scratching in the end. :24

However, I think it will be clear the first time there is any sort of hearing on this case.

3rd October is set down, perhaps that might be changed?

I hope O'Mara does not waste time and credibility asking for reviews of previous Lester rulings.

FWIW....my recommendation would be "Suck it up" and focus on the Immunity Hearing.

George Zimmerman's new judge: Debra S. Nelson
6:42 p.m. EST, August 30, 2012
By Rene Stutzman, Orlando Sentinel

Debra S. Nelson, the new judge assigned to George Zimmerman's case on Thursday, is a 13-year judicial veteran who has a reputation for working hard, being ambitious and imposing long prison terms.

Not long ago, she sentenced a robbery suspect to 27 years in prison after he'd rejected a 20-year deal from a prosecutor.

"You don't mess around with her," said Lake Mary attorney Isadore Hyde Jr.

She wants to keep Seminole safe from violent crime, he said.

"I think her sense of justice, civility is such that she's going to make sure that this place, Seminole County, is not Mogadishu," he said.

No one knows how this judge will be. Of course, if she has any rulings in favor of GZ, the opposition will be screaming foul!! And likewise, if she rules against GZ, they will be claiming victory. I also think the same could be said for the other side.

Hey LLL :51

How's things in "The Trayvon Zone" :12

YES!

As predicted .... the depression over you all being WRONG about Lester having to recuse himself.... the mob soon found a way to spin things...

I gather all are happy now? Convinced themselves that new Judge will be MORE biased towards GZ than old judge.

And for a lynchin' you NEED a biased judge. :43

Sad commentary on what ya'll think Questing for JUSTICE is all about though.... but then again it never has been about a quest for justice at all... it is always about a quest for revenge and retribution on anyone predetermined and decreed to be guilty.

Will the defense try now to get rid of the new Judge?

They got what they wanted now. Was it really a good move?

I never heard of this much, before Casey Anthony.

It might not be so bad as some think. Someone observed elsewhere:

Nelson was awarded the Seminole County Community Child Advocate of the Year Award, 2001.

One of the main focuses of Seminole County Community Child advocacy is the The Take Stock in Children program which is the program that provides mentors for children that the Zimmermans were actively involved in.

Welcome to RT Truthiness :32
(large red, bold font so you feel at home) :12

That is interesting to know.

I already opined... I wonder if someone involved in child advocacy issues will be aware of the warning signs in a youth "heading off the rails"... truancy, school suspensions, petty crime, drug use, etc... and the need to help rather than abandon to their own devices unsupervised. She may have a better idea of the likely circumstances.
