Whether Brexit happens on 31st or not... there will be.... TROUBLE

I have been watching and reading UK news.... and there is a real ingrained assumption in the (all) Progressive Media, and the left generally, that "no deal Brexit" is end of world stuff. Not just a mere opinion... a REAL ingrained belief and fear. Just as bad... if not worse... as the hysteria about "Climate Emergency". I am not just talking the ignorant mobs in the street, but also supposedly intelligent, expert spokesmen.... they simple could not conceive of Brexit happening. They all assume it will be STOPPED.. or at least a "deal" will largely keep UK in EU.. and there will anyway be an extension to change things over time.. maybe still limit it to little change.
I think that further than that there is still widespread belief that there will be a second referendum.. with Brexit failing. They really do think Brexit will be stopped even now.

I have to say myself.... I would not be surprised if there is a further delay...If there is a delay we will likely be doing all this again as the next deadline draws near? I think I will give up on UK if there is no9 Brexit 31st October? I see no hope unless there an uprising... and I don't think the British people (these days) are up to that? They are subdued, brainwashed pussies (Mostly)

Oxford is suffering a crime wave. Police are investigating numerous serious offences over more than six months. Thames Valley Police has issued this sweeping statement about unacceptable acts in the city:

Sounds serious, eh? Makes you wonder what sort of hateful, poisonous messages were on those stickers. It must be something pretty horrible, to prompt a police force to make an appeal like this, right? Maybe those stickers were inciting violence? Or perhaps they were encouraging people to otherwise break the law?

Oddly, Thames Valley Police didn’t explain in that dramatic statement exactly what sort of vile and hateful messages are on those “offensive” stickers. Even more oddly, when I asked the force what those stickers say, a press officer told me “the content and appearance of the stickers is not suitable for sharing.”

Fortunately, the Oxford Mail did a bit of reporting and appear to have established the horrifying truth.
The “offensive” and “transphobic” messages on those stickers, those terrible, hateful stickers now under active police investigation apparently include these:
“Woman: noun. Adult human female”
And:
“Women don’t have penises”

The way I see it.....

The vote could go either way in UK Parliament... especially since a SECOND REFERENDUM amendment will certainly come up.

THAT AMENDMENT passing would be a complete abandonment of DEMOCRACY (IMO). Why would anybody bother voting/take election results seriously, if the 2016 Referendum is ignored/re-done.

If this treaty fails... GREAT... provided Brexit still happens (no deal)

If this treaty passes.. and Brexit happens with no delay... at least it is DONE in one sense, but it will likely be followed by a General election... and a Corbyn win. There would be no point in voting Brexit Party.. if Brexit is done (albeit badly)... not much point in DimLibs either.....there will be little, if any enthusiasm for Boris and the Tories. I would not be surprised to see a Labour Landslide.

I STILL see the only hope is for this treaty to FAIL!! and Boris to leave with no deal.

I used to think Brexit was a Tragedy.... but it really is a comedy


And..... a LOT of discussion has been around NOT upsetting the Irish, else a return to violence... but the Irish could well flare up regardless... I have heard many Irish callers who clearly still adhere to "the cause" It still simmers close to the surface. Any deal or no deal or no Brexit at all.. could well be blamed.. but it's already there.

39 billion penalty is a negative... and any extension (sure to happen) to the "transition period" will incur further penalty (1 billion/month) and..... still tied into "European Investment bank".... liabilities of 30 - 40 billion (some say much more likely). This is NUTS. I think staying in EU would be better... have an election with CLEAN BREAK as the issue.

The Revised Political Declaration

Introduction
So far as we are aware the only material changes in the Withdrawal Agreement (Treaty) are to the NI Protocol, which means that the critical ECJ oversight and Art 184 link to the Political Declaration remain. I am told by UKREP that there are two changes to other Articles in the Treaty but they were unable to tell us which ones.

Executive Summary
The Treaty permanently restricts our military independence, demands payment of an unspecified sum, prevents independent arbitration, grants EU officials immunity from UK laws, leaves us with EIB contingent liabilities running into tens if not hundreds of billions and will impose punitive laws on the UK during a transition which is likely to be extended until mid 2022 (just a few months before the next General Election).

The Political Declaration is such that a future FTA with the EU is made unpalatable because it will restrict our foreign policy and military independence as well as policies in trade, tax, fishing, environment, social and employment, competition and state aid. Free movement is replaced with vague notions of "mobility" and "non discrimination".
