ABBA announced they are making new music and touring for the first time in 35 years - but their comeback is not what you think. The band won't be performing live together in person, as their new tour will be a vitural experience complete with special 'Abbatars'. The band will appear as they looked back in 1979 for the two hour show, thanks to special hi-tech imaging equipment.
The show will be broadcast in the UK and simulcast across the world and a world tour is then planned for 2019 or 2020, according to the Times.
Their new song I Still Have Faith In You will be first played on a special documentary in December, while a second track called Don't Shut Me Down will reportedly debut on their hologram tour.
Bjorn said: "You'll hear the voices of ABBA coming out of the mouths of the Abbatars.
"You won't be able to see that they're not human beings. It'll be spooky, I assure you, but great fun and no one has done it before."
