Gosh, I don't know.
I looked up some case law on the Special Victim 3d degree charge, but not finding much, only jury trial decisions. The law began in Missouri on January 1, 2017.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed by three parties (shows initials only) none of which are the two prosecutors, her three attorneys or the judge. So I don't know what that's about.
I think they will consider her age, service in the community and a first time offense(s). Her guilty plea was probably a result of what the recommended sentence will be by the prosecutors.
I am going to guess that she won't serve any time... will be placed on probation and fined. But with this new law, who knows?
