Hopefully they will keep him this time.

He's threatening Fox news on twitter: https://twitter.com/bassem_masri/status ... 2616739840

Maybe Dakota will get her laughs if he decides to go out streaming and gets arrested.

Two charged for attack during ‘Moral Monday’ I-70 highway shutdown
Posted 4:04 pm, August 12, 2015, by Joe Millitzer and George Sells, Updated at 05:35pm, August 12, 2015

CLAYTON, MO (KTVI) – Two women are charged in connection with a “Moral Monday” protest blocking rush hour traffic on I-70.

Brittany Ferrell, 26, and Alexis Templeton, 21, have both been charged with trespassing and disturbing the peace. Ferrell is also facing property damage charges. Templeton also faces assault charges.

St. Louis County prosecutor Bob McCulloch says in a statement:

“The charges stem from the efforts of the defendants to block traffic on Interstate 70. Templeton is accused of punching the victim as our victim attempted to drive past the defendant. The victim suffered an eye injury as a result.” McCulloch also said “Ferrell kicked the victim’s car as she passed causing nearly $5000 in damage.”

A few dozen protesters blocked I-70 in both directions near the Blanchette Bridge during Monday afternoon’s rush hour. Traffic was brought to a standstill between Highway 141 and the bridge for about 20 minutes as demonstrators formed a line and locked arms across the lanes. The protesters also placed yellow boxes on the ground, with “Ferguson is everywhere” written on them.

Ferguson protester faces four years' jail over charges of kicking SUV

Brittany Ferrell accused by St Louis police of causing $5,000 damage to car as driver forced her way through demonstrators at Michael Brown anniversary

A protest leader in Ferguson, Missouri, could face up to four years in prison after being charged with a felony for allegedly kicking a vehicle as it ploughed through a line of peaceful demonstrators who were blocking a highway.

Brittany Ferrell was accused of causing damage worth more than $5,000 to the SUV as its driver forced her way through the group, which had gathered on Interstate 70 near Ferguson during events to mark the anniversary of the fatal shooting of Michael Brown, an unarmed black 18-year-old, by a police officer.

Ferrell, 26, was charged with first-degree property damage, which is a class D felony in Missouri. She was also charged with trespassing and disturbing the peace, according to Bob McCulloch, the prosecuting attorney for St Louis county, who oversaw the grand jury inquiry into Brown’s death. Ferrell was released on a $10,000 bond on Wednesday.

Ferrell’s wife, Alexis Templeton, was charged with misdemeanour assault for allegedly punching the driver through her vehicle’s window, and misdemeanour charges similar to Ferrell’s for alleged trespass and disturbing the peace. Templeton, 21, has also been released.

The charges prompted a furious reaction among the wider Black Lives Matter protest movement. Brittany Packnett, an activist who sat on President Obama’s White House taskforce on police reform, said several demonstrators were struck by the vehicle.

“Feet don’t cause $5K worth of damage to cars,” Packnett said on Twitter. “McCulloch meant ‘drive over’, not past. They were almost hit.”

Soon after being released on Wednesday Templeton was defiant. “I’m not worried & y’all shouldn’t be either,” she said on Twitter. “We gon get free whether they like it or not!” She urged St Louis county police department to “quit lying”.

Jail is too good for them :lol

Dindu syndrome.. missed the point.

Claiming (with no evidence) that kicking cant cause $5,000 damage misses the point totally. The point is she did kick and cause damage... that is the crime!!! And people who are not BUMS know all too well how expensive car bodywork repairs are... $5,000 seems like it could be true, but as I say the exact $ cost is NOT the issue.

2 Ferguson activists charged with attacking driver during I-70 shutdown

UPDATED at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday with release of activists from the St. Louis County Justice Center.

Image

CLAYTON • A prominent figure in the Ferguson protest movement posted bail late Wednesday afternoon and departed the St. Louis County Justice into the arms of cheering supporters who had just ended a brief demonstration on her behalf.

"It's beautiful," said Brittany Ferrell, accepting hugs from some of the 75 demonstrators who just moments before had locked arms before a small contingent of Clayton police officers positioned outside the South Central Avenue entrance to the jail.

Ferrell, 26, was freed after posting 10 percent of the $10,000 bail imposed after she was charged with felony property damage, trespass and peace disturbance.

The charges stem from what authorities said was an attack on a SUV driver who attempted to push past Ferrell and other demonstrators blocking Interstate 70 in Earth City on Monday afternoon.

Another activist, Alexis Templeton, 21, was charged with third-degree assault, trespassing on the interstate and peace disturbance. She was released earlier Wednesday afternoon.

Templeton and Ferrell both reside in St. Louis.

Ferrell said her two days spent in the county jail increased her resolve and "made me stronger."

State of emergency in Ferguson, Missouri, extended at least 24 hours

By Fiona Ortiz
Thu Aug 13, 2015 9:56pm BST

The government of St. Louis County extended for at least 24 hours a state of emergency in Ferguson, Missouri, which has been the scene of protests a year after an unarmed black teenager was killed by a white police officer.

County Executive Steve Stenger extended the state of emergency in Ferguson, a suburb of the city of St. Louis, through at least Friday, said his spokeswoman, Allison Blood.

In consultation with police, Stenger put the state of emergency in place on Monday for Ferguson and surrounding areas after police officers shot and critically wounded a man in an exchange of gunfire Sunday night, marring what had been a day of peaceful demonstrations.
