This Judge runs things OK... an improvement on other recent judges... but he is HOPELESS at deciding stuff

Judge again states this witness can not be next... need some evidence about Dunn feeling threatened

Strolla offering to call Dunn ....but only if this witness can sit in

I am still of the opinion that it is unwise for Dunn to testify, but I can see that the threat and self defence notions do have to put to jury in the main evidence.. and not simply alluded to by Strolla in closing argument. So I guess Dunn does have to testify. This expert looks like he will come across as very credible to the jury and so his evidence will be a big asset to the defence.

No doubt Corey will object and the Judge will HAVE to decide... lets hope his clerk is sewing them back on for him during this recess.

Dunn has to testify because unlike George he has nothing to prove he was in fear for his life except his own words.

If/when Dunn testifies...
