Dashcam video shows officers, guns drawn, order George Zimmerman to ground

LAKE MARY, Fla. — Video obtained by Eyewitness News shows police officers arriving and ordering George Zimmerman to the ground while guns were drawn on him following a domestic altercation with his wife, Shellie.

The incident unfolded Monday at Shellie Zimmerman's parents' house on Sprucewood Road in Lake Mary.

Zach Hudson of the Lake Mary Police Department said during a news conference Tuesday that the confrontation was between George and Shellie's father, and that there was no gun involved

Looks to me like Shellie is making stuff up?

I hope if that is the case she is charged.... this bit of silliness could have got George killed by by an over anxious cop.

Maybe probation revoke and a year inside would help her to focus.... and get her out of the way while things are sorted out.

I think it's just horrendous no matter who is at fault here that the media just keeps all up in their stuff like this. This is typical of domestic dispute calls to the police. I am never surprised at what people are capable of during a marital squabble. Domestic disputes are the most dangerous calls police can have. The reason for this is that normal peaceable people will lose their minds when marital problems arise. Anyone who has gone through an unfriendly divorce will understand this. I think the media should stay out of their marital problems, especially since the media is guilty of causing most of it in the first place.

I will do the same as I did with the first news stories of the Zimmerman/Martin shooting. I will reserve my judgement about the incident and will not believe news accounts of same.

I hope that the iPad video shows that she hit him with it. That would be da bomb.

So who thinks that the reason she was trying to get him on video was to sell it to TMZ?

Attorney for Trayvon Martin medical examiner preparing $100M lawsuit

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — Dr. Shiping Bao's testimony raised eyebrows during the George Zimmerman trial.

"I believe it is my opinion that Trayvon Martin was in a lot of pain, and that he was suffering," Bao said July 5 during testimony in the George Zimmerman trial.

On the stand, Dr. Bao changed his testimony about key statements he'd made and said he'd changed his mind about Martin only being alive for as many as three minutes after the shooting.

"I believe he was alive one to 10 minutes after he was shot. His heart was beating until there was no blood left," Bao said.

Dr. Bao is dropping another bombshell -- his attorney is preparing a $100 million lawsuit.

Through his high-profile attorney, he claims the medical examiner, state attorney's office, and Sanford Police Department were all biased against Martin.

"He says their general attitude was that he got what he deserved," Attorney Willie Gary told Channel 9.

Gary said Dr. Bao was made to be a scapegoat and was wrongfully fired from the medical examiner's office. He said his client was prepared to offer proof that Martin was not the aggressor.

On the video, about the only thing of interest I caught was George taking pictures of the truck and trailer contents and later working something he then tossed away (maybe iPad?).

Did I miss anything?

I'm Sorry you are caught in the middle. If they where mine either way son or daughter with there spouse , I would put my foot up both there behinds until they put a stop to this distructive behavior.

This is the woman with whom George Zimmerman embarked on an affair just days after his acquittal, MailOnline can reveal.

Pictured here for the first time Zimmerman’s ex-fiancée, Veronica Zuazo, 31, is the woman who prompted his wife Shellie, 26, to finally end their marriage after she filed for divorce last week.

Yesterday, a chance encounter at the house of Shellie's father led to Zimmerman's estranged wife confronting him with allegations of his continued infidelity.

It quickly escalated into a dramatic domestic altercation that saw him handcuffed and questioned after she called 911 to claim he was threatening her with a gun.



MailOnline has revealed how Zimmerman, 29, ‘took off in his truck ‘ just days after his hugely controversial acquittal in the murder of teenager Trayvon Martin, 17, in mid-July.

He left without a word of explanation to his wife, taking one of the couple’s two dogs – his beloved Rottweiler, Leroy – and texting her only a couple of times to say ‘I’m fine.’

Shellie’s worst fears, that her husband had struck up an affair with his ex-fiancée Zuazo, were confirmed two to three weeks ago.

According to close friend and confidante John Donnelly, who has known Zimmerman for close to a decade and regarded him as a son: ‘Shellie had her suspicions that George was having an affair with his ex-fiancée and that it flared up after the trial.

‘She went as far as to issue the ultimatum, “Don’t you ever bring that woman into my house.”’

I think she may have been trying to get incriminating video to sell to that Christi O'Conner person who is writing a book about George and is in cahoots with the TrayParents and the Scheme Team.

That is a very smart move on your part. We all know the media can't be trusted to get it right. They spin, spin, spin.
