O'Mara is making a marvelous appeal for the innocence of George Zimmerman, but one cannot miss that he is weaving in an obvious wall of separation between the events directly surrounding the altercation that led to Martin's death, and any other orthogonal issues - i.e. a wall of separation between proving Zimmerman's innocence and exposing the Scheme.

Nice time for a break as well, let the amount of time TM had sink into the jury for a bit.

Good morning and good point, guywitharod. :)

Points out the silliness of the argument that TM would have been yelling like that for help while beating GZ.

Now we need 40 seconds of constant screams for help, no other voices, for the jury to think about when "reasonable" hits.

ADD: "reasonable" fear of bodily harm... not actual.

I wonder if not only the jury is shaking their heads thinking about what the prosecution tried to pull off but also smiling because MoM is making so easy for them to come back with a "Not Guilty on all count" verdict. :91

I have to think that not only are the Trayborgs in denial but their splodey heads are swelling :WW

:Gslap I hope someone is there for screengrabs when they pop!

O'Mara hints that he's going to get into the canard that Martin was only 5'11".

Bahadoor taps out.

O'Mara: "You consider the credibility of what she says... but here's a thought: she heard left-to-right. Trayvon Martin moved left-to-right when he came back to confront George Zimmemran."

Glad you said that. I have been in tears at least once every day since this started. And, the more I found out about George and Shelley and the family, the more I care about them. And, I just adore West. He has been so good to George. That counts a lot with me. :89

I know, right? They seem like such decent, nice people, the whole family. The opposite of what GZ is accused of being. West quit his job to help GZ for free. And you know MOM has basically had to give up his practice to do this.

Yes! Exactly. He's amazing me and I had very, very high hopes.
