You know it is bad when he has to treat Mr. Martin's friend as such a compelling witness. This same person would never make it to a witness stand in any other case due to her obvious lies.

That is what has always bothered me about her. Her story didn't manifest itself until after the 911 tapes were released and her behavior that night doesn't even come close to the way a normal person would behave after hearing what she says she heard. I'm hoping Mr. O'Mara makes a point of this too.

Yes he didn't get out of the car when TM was around or circling his truck. He waited until TM had run off and the NEN operator asked which way TM went.
