Already he sounds like a broken record. Closing will not be based on facts, but pure emotion.

The best laughs today have come from Mini-Me. Such as his Bernie-esque petulance in response to Nelson denying the inclusion of Felony Third Degree Murder (Child Abuse): "Just to clarify, your honor: what part of a fatal gun shot isn't child abuse?" (paraphrased)

Thanks for the statute and wise words! Image

Weasel could have included any charge they way he wished to connect the dots to qualify it.

Judge Nelson instructs them for the closing arguments. Prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda begins closing arguments. "A teenager is dead. He is dead through no fault of his own," he says.

1:39 p.m.
The jury is seated in the courtroom. Judge Nelson checks with them to make sure they haven't seen reports about the case or researched it.

This sounds like Bernie is arguing manslaughter by procurement (Martin is dead because Zimmerman made an incorrect assumption about Martin).
