The several things I got from Ms.Dilligard's testimony were: 1. She confirmed George's nose was disfigured. 2. Where George's car was parked. 3. George had a light voice. 4. The voice in the 911 call was George. 5. She was black and George didn't shoot her.

BTW I don't know who I can't stand more, Bernie or Weasel, with Guy a close third.

Because MOM has suggested he expects to be done tomorrow. That doesn't leave a lot of time. He may not be able to get enough relevant info to make it worthwhile. Keep in mind, he's looking to free his client. Busting the collusion and narrative isn't the same thing exactly, and may not be allowed into evidence based on lack of relevance. I'm more surprised if the defense doesn't recall #8.

I'm disappointed at the thought that the defense isn't recalling Witness #8 either...nor GZ's father to testify that it's his son screaming on the 911 tape.

Unless...the defense is "saving" those two witnesses for a sur-rebuttal...in which case, I'm distressed because I think it's a very good chance that the prosecution won't put on a rebuttal case.

That's Nelson's own fault. Perhaps if she had granted one of the defense's half-dozen motions for continuance, she wouldn't have to keep putting the jury on ice so that the court can resolve such matters.

Isn't an animation of the event suppose to be as close as they can get to the actual event? If the state wanted an exact recreation, then they would need a real time video of the event.

For anyone who lost feed at WFTV, I watch from Legal Insurrection which has WFTV and down below, NBC. I switched to the bottom feed.
