She says excessive handling of an object can wipe away prints and environmental conditions such as rain and heavy humidity can destroy prints.

She says she receives a latent print card to examine.

She explains what a known ink print is. She says she uses’ it to do a side-by-side comparison of a latent print.

She examined latent print cards for the case.

She says she did not find prints of value.

Guy finishes questioning.

O’Mara cross-examines.

He asks if she knows where the print came from. She says the card indicates where it came from, the slide of a firearm.

O'Mara asks her about environmental effects damaging latent prints and rain.

She says water can wash away the oils of the fingerprint.

O'Mara finishes questioning.

This is insane... "We must not speak ill of TM™...EVER!!!" Regardless that the jury isn't present, regardless that it's true... Nelson must protect the manufactured "image" of St. Traydemark™ in all ways at all times.

Nelson sure is quick to cut O'Mara off when he starts to imply that the State bringing in prior knowledge/actions of Zimmerman as a "theory of the case" then opens the door for the defense to bring in Martin's prior fighting as their "theory of the case".

Yes! Yesterday, she recited the state's theory of the case much more eloquently than they ever have, but won't let MOM even mention anything negative about TM™ outside of the presence of the jury.
