Bill Schaeffer is a schmuck of a ratings whore. He's saying, with a straight face, that Rachel Jeantel's testimony indicates that Zimmerman was the aggressor, and that the record evidence in front of the jury right now is only that Zimmerman was the aggressor.

This is why I hate sidebars.

If weasel is going to get this guy to cast doubt on John Good (and others) identifying who was crying out... he is nuts.

Nakasone said the 911 tape did not have enough to tell... but PEOPLE on the scene had a much better direct access to what was said.

After a few questions about his credentials, Mantei tenders Nakasone as an expert in the field of speaker recognition. There is no objection from Zimmerman’s defense attorneys.

Aren't they just using him to show that the defense can't show it is GZ for sure?

To me it's an admission by these scumbags that they attempted to railroad a man using shysters that this man discredited. Now that they were exposed, they simply want his testimony to show that he says the defense can't actually tell who it is either.

I think I get it: they're going to try to use Nakasone to discredit Tracy Martin, and the defense's expected attempt to use his statement that the screams were not Trayvon Martin.

The defense says it will call Rachel Jeantel back. She texted Martin about her mother buying her a gun. We don't know yet if the jury will hear about that or if the defense will be able to ask her about Martin's fighting.
