If Nelson lets the farce continue... I think MOM should not offer a defence. Rest and go to closing arguments.

As discussed earlier today, it's always a good position to agree with Rumpole but even if it weren't, I agree there's no evidence for the state yet. What is it? 17 or more witnesses already and still nothing?

The best they have is #8 and even if one ignored all of her testimony favorable to the defense, all of her contradictions, etc., and just focused on the things she says that are in favor of the state... there's still nothing. She didn't say anything to even undermine self-defense, much less offer proof of 2nd degree murder, iirc. And even if she did, one would have to accept her testimony against all others thus far.

And for what? Appeasement? Those murderous tweets today show how well that worked; like it always works; it just invites more of the same.

Taurus, I posted that photo earlier. I think it was in the trial thread. That's not what it said. I said something to the effect of 'conquering stupidity party' and was a photo posted by a West daughter of West and two daughters eating ice cream.

I saw absolutely nothing wrong with West eating ice cream with his daughters. What was so offensive/inappropriate about the photo? I daresay everyone here would agree with the sentiment expressed in the comment: every day West goes home from this persecution, he can rest easy knowing he did his level best to defeat a very evil opponent.

With all that has been coming out about Trayvon's life style, I would not be jumping in to claim responsibility for it.

My guess is that parental control in Alicia's household experienced some problems about the time Tracy started chasing Brandi. We know what kind of parental control from TrayDad was provided the days leading up to the death of trayvon.

But, I'll put the popcorn on and set back to enjoy a good cat fight!
