Judge just told this last witness she's subject to recall....just like the Judge told Rachel

Judge says under rules of sequestration you are not to discuss your testimony with anyone...I don't recall hearing the Judge tell that to Rachel before she was released to go back to Miami....

I loved that the witness couldn't identify GZ by the photo..

I'll predicate this by saying that I don't think that O'Mara asking a witness about personal opinion regarding Zimmerman opens the door to irrelevant past character evidence. That said:

Theory: O'Mara asked those questions intentionally to get BDLR to try to introduce irrelevant evidence, because he's going to use Nelson's ruling in favor of proffering that evidence as rationale to recall Witness 8, and use her previous on-stand statements about "just a fight" (and related) to introduce Martin's character evidence with respect to fighting.

If someone mails you a link to a twitter account they wish for you to see, or if they wish to peak at someone in the Who To Follow box (auto fill like Facebook), a person not fairly familiar with Twitter could hit Follow just to see where it goes.

De la Rionda shows her a laptop and her Twitter page, showing Robert Zimmerman Jr. is one of the people she’s following.

She says she’s been very careful to not say a side or talk to the media.

She adds that if she had clicked Follow on his account, it was by accident.

She points out that it says “follow” not following.

She is friends with Frank Taffe on Facebook and says her testimony is that it is not because he is a supporter of Zimmerman.

O’Mara asks her how many tweets she has sent.

She says zero.

De la Rionda asks her if she was ever friends with Zimmerman’s brother or Zimmerman.

She says no.

Judge Nelson excuses her for recall.

She gives a recess until 4:30 p.m.
