I hope the jury understands and thinks it significant that the state is objecting to playing parts of a recording of their interview with their witness.

I worry... even more that the jury WONT see the things we are seeing, certainly they do NOT have the knowledge we have of what a lot of this means.

I asked about the transcripts being in evidence (or an exhibit) because they seem more like conflicting work product from both sides. I can't figure out how they can use them for anything other than their own notes to reference, nor why Nelson wants them to show both to DD.

WTH? Do they get to provide data that differs, subject to which side is questioning at a given pint?

So far we have see at least two distinct Dee Dee personalities in the witness box.

If one were listening only (say on a phone) it would be reasonable to conclude it was two separate people.

Split personality?

It could explain some of the confusion around multiple Dee Dees.


Wonder which Dee Dee will turn up after lunch.

If you are referencing my posts, I have found trouble when I try to quote another who has a tweet within their quote. I have sgone to edit numerous times to make sure there is not command [ ] [/ ] following my comment (text). I'm not sure what causes my comment to be stuck in the quote. Your board is the only one that has ever happened to me on, and I have prolly close to 100,000 posts on boards like this.

Next time I'll Preview a quote with a tweet and see if taking the tweet out of the quote, placing it between the quote and my comment, will eliminate that. If that fails. I'll quit quoting others with tweets and eliminate the added work ...again, if you're addressing my posts.

I heard the only juror with any sense is B51, and she's got enough. I also heard that B29, the one with all the kids, should be put on suicide watch for her anxiety over being chosen; I assume this was jokingly making a point. This info supposedly came from a male dismissed potential juror on his facebook just after selections made. Don't recall more details; sorry, just that all were airheads except B51 but she's sharp. If this guy is a dismissed pj, and his assessments accurate, it will come down to her leading the others. (Also consider, men often assume women are airheads with little evidence to show one way or another.)

From the twitter stream at LegalInsurrection, as best as I can follow it, it seems B51 is taking lots of notes, particularly of info I'd want her to note.

For time reference/what was being discussed at time, this tweet immediately preceded the tweet I posted below it:

Should I stop posting tweets to avoid the problem before it starts? Seems like I post way more than anyone else. Not an issue for me; I already know the info in the tweet.
