Tape W8: "I couldn't know Trayvon"
On-stand WP: "I could hear Trayvon"

Jury: feverishly taking notes.

West: "When you said you heard 'grass', or even 'wet grass' like you said yesterday - can you tell me what grass sounds like?"

*crickets*

W8: *gulp* "...like someone rolling around on the grass"

The meltdown is now officially in full progress.

"Someone on the headset" - "someone on Trayvon" - "it had to be someone on Trayvon, because that's where the headset was"

Witness 8 is sticking to "ran from the back" as if her life depends on it - despite the fact that it continues to fail to fit any part of the timeline.

Also:

W8: "he sounded tired"
West: "as if he had run a long time?"
W8: "yes, sir"

Oh, that was huge.
West: He decided to approach this man and ask why you following me for?
#8: yes, sir

W8 doubling down on her assertion that Martin was right by Brandi Green's house. If that's true, it completely destroys the State's case.

She also said that it had been a "couple minutes" after Martin lost Zimmerman that Martin again said that Zimmerman was in sight. That also destroys the State's case.

Can you imagine being BDLR and trying to rehabilitate this witness? Where would you start??

W8: Martin was walking in the "couple of minutes" between the time when he told W8 he lost Zimmerman and the moment that he again saw Zimmerman.

Now W8 just contradicted her own on-stand testimony, in re: approached and said, "Why are you following me for?"

Did West have hair before this trial? Or did he pull it all out deposing this witness?

West is getting frustrated and I don't blame him. I hope the jurors see it the same way.

Now denies testimony sound could have been TM™ hitting GZ in the face. "You didn't get that from me." :Gslap :lol

If she had any credibility at all...

:Gslap :lol

I wish West would ask her how she knows what TM™ would do if he was about to fight.

Ok, so does anyone else have any questions they want me to type to West? (rofl - looks like he heard my last one.)
