Adding this after reading the sidebar explanation. Here's the thing. We know the State had info from the phone back then that came off the SIM card we just don't know what that info was.

Well we know one is of the homeless people bike thing per Rene. What's on the other video? Did Rene see that one as well I wonder? If so why did she not report what was on that one as well?

Rene was told about (may have seen, but I doubt it) the vid with the bike..... MOM says that was in Defence Discovery 3.

WHO KNOWS what is in Defence Discovery 4?

I was told (weeks ago) about a vid with TM's friends beating up a homeless guy... just as MOM Described in court... a bit of a coincidence if MOM distorted the Bike Video( mis-spoke) in exactly the same way somebody else distorted it weeks ago.... so maybe there are at least two "homeless guys" videos? I don't know. Even if there is... is MOM going to include the other one in discovery? I dont know.

I also dont know what is in State Discovery 17... filed Monday?

The third supp contains 2 videos from Trayvons phone

O'Mara was explicit that his description was wrong.

If the other video contained beating of homeless people it would follow O'Mara's statement would have said something to the effect that the one Rene saw was not the one he was talking about in court.

What I take from all that is that there IS a vid of TM's friends beating a homeless man, and MOM has seen it.

He described it accurately in court... only he temporarily forgot he had decided to NOT include that one in Discovery.

Maybe that video is part of an ongoing criminal investigation? It sound like it should be.

So Discovery 3 has the bike video and some other video... as you say that second one is not homeless men being beaten.


Discover 4 may well just be advanced seating arrangements in court?

Why would he not make that his statement then? Instead he chooses to make himself look like Crump? That makes no sense to me. If it is as you say then he would have said he was talking about a different video and the OS was wrong for describing a different video than the one he was describing.

Its all about appeasement.

It makes "MOM sense" to me that he would decide to NOT use the BAD video at all.... too inflammatory. He certainly does not intend to use it in court and so decided to not include it in discovery.. anywhere.

His "mistake" was in describing that one at all. His mistake was not in describing it wrongly. He described it accurately. He meant to describe the one he has included in discovery ... the bike video. All guesses on my part. But it makes sense to me.
He wants to completely suppress the BAD video... so he did mis-speak by mentioning it in court, rather than the one he included in Discovery... the one Rene knows about.

So O'Mara slipped up in court by describing the video that he's holding back much like a lot of discovery on Trayvon that damages his image.

All makes perfect sense now.

It has been amazing how both sides slow walk the public information in this case.

Yup, "MOM sense" also required redaction of Trayvon's texts to protect Saint Trayvon's concocted image.

Enough of this MOMsense! Stop this MOMsense now!

It's good to know people have not given up on George.

I donated twice last week. The second time my donation was larger as I had received some overtime pay and could afford to send more. I don't think I could sleep well knowing I didn't do my part to prevent political forces from undermining the law and railroading an innocent person to satisfy the desires of others.
