Drew started arguing with lawyers on his show about Jodi's being put in a psyche ward. He was all about if the doctors there are licensed and the facility has proper licensing. He said that should be checked out.

He said the doctors put her there for more than saying she would commit suicide. He had no idea how she got there. He had no idea the Sheriff put her there and not a doctor. He knows nothing about how the law operates. There were four lawyers telling him he was wrong.

He also said she is mentally ill and therefore should she be put to death. He has no idea that if she knows the difference between right and wrong that is all it takes to put her to death.

He is a bleeding heart of the worst type. I don't usually watch him. The only time I am watching him is this trial. I always knew he was an internist and have always wondered what his training is in drug addiction.

You described perfectly what has been going on with his show this week - this is exactly what I didn't understand when he was going around and around the other day about the same thing! He almost looked like he was about to CRY, he was so indignant!! And so WRONG!

What he was saying (about the jail personnel - psychologists) had nothing to do with what actually happened or why Jodi ended up in the psych ward (her own manipulative interview words about the DP and Arpaio making her eat them by following the procedures to protect the jail from any liability!) and he was being just plain obtuse and self-righteous demanding that protocol/licensing be checked.

Why wasn't he listening to the lawyers who were trying to explain the LAW to him and why he was wrong?! I changed the channel.

You know, I never thought about that before, but this is so TRUE! Very telegenic.

When he started diagnosing Steven Alexander saying he really needs help, I turned the channel.

I don't think he practices anymore. He is too wrapped up in his show business career.

From what I have read no representatives from the Mormon Church have visited Jodi. I read when asked about the death penalty, someone from the church said we don't agree with the DP, but we don't disagree either. It appears the Mormon Church has distanced themselves from the killer.

Mentally illness ~

I DO think on some level (maybe not in a court of law) that Jodi Ann Arias is a very mentally sick creature.
Anyone who can butcher/slaughter a man like that, after spending the day in bed with him FIRST, and supposedly LOVES HIM, is very sick to me. That shows me Jodi of course, only LOVES HERSELF, NOT TRAVIS or she would WANT THE BEST for HIM regardless of "them". THAT -- IS -- LOVE! What a messed up deranged creature.

I wonder now that Daryl is coming back to testify again, if "IT" realizes what a QUALITY human being he is? DOES she even KNOW what that means? Serial killers are mentally ill. They simply have to be, but not criminally insane and they are executed.

Unless a defendant comes into the court room, drops to the floor, and starts eating the carpet, they are not criminally insane.

Anyone who murders someone has mental problems, but if they know the difference between right and wrong, they are not insane.

I'm surprised Juan can cross examine the witnesses who get on the stand for Jodi. I've never seen that before. They just give statements and that's it.

Juan could say something about them in closing arguments, but cross is odd.
