Three more were escorted out. I think many are older ... so that figures. lol
Just heard on HLN that Jodie gets to the court house every morning between 5 and 7 AM.
She can't have anything in her holding cell - no papers, drawing, phone, nothing. GOOD!!
She gets peanut butter for breakfast.

One juror in shorts ... long grey pony tail. Nothing is going to happen then, I guess.

I BET that 20 year old guy bonded with her and HE is the HOLD OUT ... betcha!! Jurors not dressed up, at all, - just normal HLN said.

Thanks for the update, Joni!

Remember, just in case, there are 3 alternates should anything happen.

Jodi must be going NUTS without her little golf pencils and sketch pad and with no one to talk to. Those are some lonnnng days for her in that holding cell! Good!

I would think there is a bathroom in the jury room. The two men came back with diet Pepsi and apples. The other three came back with their hands empty. Wonder if they are taken to a phone. I don't think there are phones in the jury room. They have to be listened to if on a phone I think.

She can't tweet either. No phone to call out I guess. Now HLN is saying she is tweeting. Now saying in the past 24 hours. :roll

I hope that young male juror doesn't have the hots for Jodi. All that sexual talk about anal sex and all.

Taurus I am worried too. I AM! I wondered who she was always CRANING to see and look at. Always looking, moving around behind Jennifer W. when they stood for the jury to enter. Gave her the change to strain, look around, move around, letting that young guy (BET it was him) see that she WANTED to see HIM - lock eyes with him, BOND with him.! Think it could be that?
I heard AZ people were smart, good and could think. WHAT IS THE HOLD UP, I mean WHO is the hold up? Please - NOT A HUNG JURY!! The Alexander family couldn't go THRU THAT AGAIN ... and the cost either. They have REAL jobs, not thousands of nothing, ever changing waitress jobs, like Jodi. Stable/SLASHER Jodi Arrogant.

13 hours and counting...
By Graham Winch
updated 7:24 PM EDT, Tue May 07, 2013

The nation’s attention is focused on the Maricopa County, Arizona, courthouse as the jury deliberates on a verdict in the Jodi Arias trial.

The jury has been deliberating for more than 13 hours now.

So how will the public be notified when the jury has a verdict?

If there is a verdict, the jurors will call the judge's bailiff by telephone. The court will then notify all of the interested parties, including Arias, family members, and the attorneys.

Arias will be brought into the courtroom from the holding cell at the courthouse, where she is being held during deliberations.

Once all of the interested parties are in the courthouse and the judge is on the bench, the jury will be brought in and Clerk of Court Christina McCain will read the verdict.

The public should be notified 30 to 60 minutes before the verdict is read.

What if the jury has a question?

All of the interested parties must be present in person or by telephone for jury questions. The jury has not asked the court any questions so far.

In the meantime, what are the jurors are up?

The jurors are likely reviewing the jury instructions, the evidence and the testimony. They have the notes they took during the trial, and most of the exhibits that were admitted into evidence.

Judge Sherry Stephens has allowed the jurors to create their own schedule. The jurors chose to deliberate between noon ET and 7:30 ET Monday through Friday.

They can also choose to break for lunch if they want, or they can chose to deliberate through lunch.

Jurors are responsible for feeding themselves, because the county does not pay for their lunch. The county provided them menus to order food in, and some jurors may have brought their lunch.

A couple of the jurors are believed to be smokers, so they may need to take a smoke break every once in and a while.
