Travis' friend, Mimi Hall (?), who testified on the 2nd (?) day, said that Travis had told her (she listed off the complaints really quickly) that Jodi was a stalker, had gotten his passwords, slashed his and another girl's tires, confront other girls, would come through his doggie door and sleep on his couch, etc.

Phone call of May 10, 2009 - Nurmi asks about her stating that he made her feel like a goddess. Refresh, first of all, what he did that made you feel that way? JA talks about the drawn out bath with the candles. It made her feel great. Were there other times he made you feel like a goddess? It was more than just any act - it was how he made me feel, his demeanor and how he made me feel special. Like our hearts were in alignment as well.

Broke up June 29, 2007.

Nurmi: Saying that when most people break up, they end things, no contact. After breaking up, you still made the decision to continue a sexual relationship. So he, in your mind, he was able to engage in whatever sexual realtions he wanted? In my mind, yes, aside from moral implications, he was no longer my boyfriend and I didn't have a say anymore. One concern was disease. Talking about some conversation that he had with her about telling her if he was having another relationship, but they didn't discuss STDs or anything. Claims she would "be cool with that" about other relationships.

Nurmi trying to make her spying in on Travis with the girlfriend through the window/sliding glass door as OK. JA claims Travis gave her permission to come to get her Social Security card.

Boy, oh boy. This utterly ridiculous - can't even type it anymore.

Now Nurmi going into JA testimony that she was "not allowed to be confrontational with Travis." Jodi says Travis "checked her pretty quickly" on that. Felt like a "chastised child and then it had the air of intimidation."
