I, too, marvel at the fact that even while enjoying the "benefits" of his relationship with Jodi, he knew he wouldn't/couldn't marry her.

I wonder if she realizes all the mistakes she's made in the last few days on the stand? I still see a lot of smiling and smirking.

I'm (sort of) amazed that she wanted to represent herself. She's devious, cunning and seems intelligent, but you know what they say, “the attorney who represents himself in court has a fool for a client.” (She's not an attorney, but probably thinks she's smarter than everyone in the room. I think that belief is what will be her downfall.)

Yes, the representing herself is just mind boggling and I still can't get over her doing that 48 Hours interview. I read today that she had consented to an interview with IS Beth Karas, but this attorney Nurmi put a stop to it.

Thank God she did do that 48 hours interview!

On one of the HLN shows tonight, NG (?), her friend was interviewed and he said they discussed what they thought the outcome of the trial would be. She/they believe that this trial will be a mistrial or hung jury and the next one she will get manslaughter and ~10-15 years. She believes since she's already served 4 and since the sentences are usually reduced, that she will be waltzing out of prison in no time!

It was the Jane Velez Mitchell show and her and her friend believe that the verdict for the "next" trial will be Manslaughter and 5 years Parole!!!

That meant ... with the 3 of them, she had enough gallons to totally fill up her car's gas tank. Two were filled, and the third one, enough to fill her tank, totally. Premeditation?


And Jody tried to make us believe SHE was lending Travis money. I believe she started - finally - to pay him for the car he sold her. I think he had to force her to do that. That might have been some of their fights. Looks like maybe he had "had it" with her?

Travis did a few things... motivational speaker, and worked for Prepaid Law or something. He must have been a great salesman! If they do "so much business" they win trips. This one to Cancun was one he won. The girl he was "taking" was just a friend. She didn't even want to get serious with him. Maybe it WAS because of crazy Jodi! Maybe she heard about the tires of his "new girl's" car being slashed, as well as Travis' twice, and being stalked, followed, harrassed and evil emails, etc. THAT IS her M.O. we know... she did it to every girl she thought was a threat to her boy du jour! Thank God Juan brought that out ... her stalking M.O.
