I just found a big blown up photo of that last sad sad photo of Travis with the FEAR in his eyes. I do think he is crouched on the floor of the shower where she must have put him - under threat of KNIFE and GUN!

On that blown up photo (I asked Rump to please post for us) I think I see red/blood around his neck.

We know mad killers can taunt us, superficial cuts not **YET** going deep? I "think" on this blown up one, I see blood around his neck and a few signs of light parallel slicing... more than one on his neck.

Too, I am wondering now about the WHITE teeth. It seems to me something is going on with her front 6 teeth. The back ones look funny ... only whitened the front 6? I know white brings "forward" while dark "recedes". Ha ha ha good make up trick, eh? (How about those lines from nose to mouth? )

The painful mental agony, and the physical slaughter he was going thru, and his almost beheading... (I think he was alive then ... but bleeding out), OMG.
I can hardly STAND this, and to think this pig of a creature, this liar is trying to KILL him again, his good name, in court!

4:43 p.m. ET: Martinez has moved on to Arias' grandfathers guns. A .25 caliber gun was stolen from Arias' grandparents house, where Arias was living, on May 28, 2008. The gun was the same caliber that was used to shoot Alexander, and the gun was never recovered by police.

Joni - Yes, I think Travis was a typical guy - not a saint - and everything shown so far is just your run-of-the-mill sexual realationship....up until the killing, of course. Everything about Jodi REEKS nut job! Again, I really do think she could cop an insanity plea. (Although, I do recall reading that she was evaluated and found competent? I can see that due to her massive cover up attempts)

I also read that in August of 2011, Jodi (the high school dropout) was granted permission by a judge to represent herself (wow!) and then when faced with reality, she asked to be represented. (there wasn't a link provided). Can you imagine what circus THAT would be??

After the pictures I saw yesterday of the whole shower scenario and I even bravely clicked on an autopsy picture of his throat (oh, Lord, WHY did I do that??).....I can't stomach any more. This slaughter was of epic proportions! It's so hard to reconcile that to the person with that soft, whispery voice and smile on the stand. I'm sure the jurors are ready to make a decision.

From where they left off today, (besides the arguing back and forth), looks like Martinez will be getting to the actual murder and all it entails. Jodi will be a mess. She was already getting worn down today (I think the arguing escalates when she is cornered).

That is where the scratches came from that ruined the CD that "pissed him off".
That began the crucial evening of abuse she had e defend herself from. (After she dropped his camera).
Where is the CD? Where is the briefcase? Where are the pictures?

I'm glad you posted this, kjnelson! I only began watching last Thursday, first day of cross, and have furiously been watching everything I could get my hands on before Martinez went at her again beginning this week.

I didn't understand about the CD or what it had to do with anything and I've been so curious as to what set the whole thing off that night (but then again, if that is the explanation coming from Jodi, I don't think I can believe her). Sounds more believable that she was angry about the Cancun trip and although she denies knowing who it was he was taking - I bet she DID KNOW. She is paranoid and snooping/sneaky enough to have found out.

I was showing the pics to my daughter today, especially the one Rumpole posted above of the shower, and she wondered WHY Travis, a man, couldn't have overpowered Jodi? I'm not sure about the Medical Examiner's order of events (except that the gunshot was last), so I really don't know exactly. I realize he did have defensive wounds, but why didn't he charge her during that shower photo shoot?

Finally, as far as the "angry abuser Travis" - doesn't it just debunk (even more) Jodi's story about Travis being an "angry abuser?" He sure didn't look angry in that horrid shower picture and he sure didn't aggressively over power her.

Remote- jodi testified that she did every thing she could that day to keep him happy, and she had made a CD of photos of his dog for him earlier that week at his request. She claims that he was pissed off because the CD got scratched while riding in her briefcase, and he threw the CD at her and his abuse began. After that he "spun her around" and tried to have anal sex with her, and she gave in. Then she went to take a shower. Before Travis did.

So if this were true, why did she take the CD with her if she didn't plan on going to see Travis. She didn't plan to go to Mesa,but she brought the CD with her? Premeditation.
